If I could give this store zero stars then I would. The girls are nice and friendly but THAT store manager or seamstress or whatever she is is straight up rude! I was planning on buying my daughter a dress for my wedding so money was obviously no issue but the woman tried to sell me a flawed dress. The threads were coming a loose, it had deodorant marks on it and the belt was broken. She said that she would fix but I asked if the dress could be ordered and she said no. So she lost a sale. Please beware and check dresses before you buy.
This was the worst experience Ive ever had. Rude manager. Omg she should have just thrown me out the store. I never felt like my color mattered until I entered this store. Sad sad shame.... no one even speaks English come on do better.
They required a 50% deposit guarantee pick up date was June 25th didnt receive dress till the 12th of July and alterations couldnt be done nor accommodated charge $100 dollars.i DO NOT Recommend them at all

Went to the North Riverside location on August 2nd to pick out a flower girl dress for my daughter. Once I had the dress I really liked, I placed the dress on layaway. The young lady was very helpful and gave me my layaway slip THAT SHE MADE OUT along with another girl that works there. Fast forward to August 16th, I hand the ticket to yet another girl that works there. She comes back with a different dress. Same size and color but the design was different. I showed the girl a photo of the dress that I picked out and that SHOULD HAVE been on layaway. Now both girls at the counter are looking confused. They keep asking about who checked me out (mind you on of the girls standing up there was there the day I picked the dress)and am I sure this isn’t the correct dress. I tell them that the dress I have in the photo is the one I want. So one of the girls goes and finds the dress I originally picked out. Instead of them flat out saying their coworker made a mistake and that she scanned the wrong dress, they tell me the dress I want is going to be an additional $20. I’m not paying extra because of a mistake YOU guys made. I asked to speak to a manager and apparently this person isn’t available unless the workers call them on the phone. Customers can’t speak with them (which I feel is bs) One of the girls speaks with the manager and comes back saying she can’t do the exchange....WHAT EXCHANGE? YOU checked off the wrong dress without verifying that it was the one I wanted. So instead of them admitting they were wrong and giving me the dress I was originally supposed to get, they let a customer walk out the door unsatisfied and angry. What if I needed matching dresses? What if the dress had to be a particular color? Guess I would’ve been SOL. They really need to work on their customer service and management skills instead of putting up a million signs telling you no exchanges/returns on anything. If the girls had admitted they were wrong and given me the dress, I would’ve been fine with that but they basically did nothing to make me happy. If you decide to shop here take a video and make 100% sure YOU document your item...might try to pull the bait and switch on you too just to get more money.
Horrible!!! Dont go!!! Places like this are only in business because people keep going! Their return policy allows no room for error!
