Eugene was the only one to return my call - actually he texted me almost immediately to say hed call shortly. He was very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. As to the repair, it was not even the appliance itself, but Eugene diagnosed the problem, made a trip to home depot, gave me a quote for parts and labor, and got it back up and running quickly.
