Don’t even waste your money here I spent thousands here for my business. Their essential oils are not pure like they claim. It’s mixed with something else and they have no scent. Like someone said, it’s like buying scented water. I recommend Plant Therapy or PurifySkinTherapy instead

Bait and Switch! These people misrepresent scented water as essential oil on their website then accuse me of not paying attention while ordering. They are hateful and condescending. They demean the customer calling them to get a refund that is fully justified. They wont refund the lavender water because I opened the container!! Of course I opened it. I had no intention of returning it. Josh and Jason have been rude to both my employee and me and Jason was EXCEPTIONALLY NASTY to me. They have stolen my money. $864.57 wasted.

I have been using Organic Infusion’s oils for several months and absolutely love them. Their lavender is my absolute favorite and far better than other lavenders I have tried. I use jojoba oil on a daily basis and have definitely seen/felt a difference in my skin, absorbs really well without an oily feel. I have chronic inflamation and use a wonderful blend that has helped tremendously. Highly recommend ordering from Organic Infusions!

After having terrible experiences with amazon essential oil products i found organic infusions after doing some research. i called there customer service to place my first order they were very helpful. once i got the oils i was just blown away with there quality. definitely recommend them to anyone i know or anyone who might be looking

Ordered a sizable bottle of Sandalwood fragrance oil and a bottle of Sandalwood patch. I was shocked when I opened both bottles.Neither smelled any thing like Indian,Australian.Hawaiian,Indonesian or New Caledonian Sandalwood oil. Oils were thin.One bottle smelled like cleaning fluid. 35 yrs ago you could get a 1/2 ounce bottle of pure east Indian sandalwood for little or nothing. However over the years the Indian government claimed that the trees were becoming scarce so they imposed control over the sale of any sandalwood trees making it difficult to get large amounts of the oil without paying a substantial price for it. In the U.S companies would con consumers into believing that they were still getting sandalwood oil at a reasonable price when they were getting substitutes instead.But its not hard to smell the differences in the oils especially when you have blended them with different kinds of carrier oils and other chemicals.Some use synthetics. If your east Indian is not deep yellow and thick in consistency,if it does not smell woodsy,musky yet sweet and alluring,if the scent doesnt last for more than 1 hour then you have been scammed. Organic Infusions sold me oil that are not even related to Sandalwood and when I advised them that I wanted to return this garbage I was sent a letter by their V.P indicating that if I opened the products to test the scent that they will not give refunds.He also indicated that I could have tested it before buying. I use oils for massage and lost a client because of this terrible smell. Do not order from this company because they dont stand behind their products.Since then I found a cheaper oil which is not sandalwood but my clients seem satisfied.If you advertise a product then give the consumer what you advertise or dont sell it at all.People be aware of false advertisement and read the guarantee and return policy especially when you are ordering by mail. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Keep in mind they do not accept returns on open products. Returns can be conducted within 30 days as as long as the product is unopened.I called the 1-888 number and a person answered immediately (yay!) but due to their return policy, Im stuck with a $38 bottle of oil.I tried to leave a review on their website (see below). I posted it, but it didnt show up immediately because it was Pending for review. Hmmm, that sets off some red flags for me. I hope they arent deleting negative reviews...My problem with the product:I am a big fan of argan oil as a leave-in conditioner and have used a few different pure and some not-so-pure hair treatments (my favorite so far is Moroccan Oil Hair Treatment). Ive been looking for a cheaper option which led me to purchase the 8 oz. bottle of Argan oil from Organic Infusions. I tried it out for a week, but unfortunately I found it left my hair greasy no matter how little I used. I tried putting it on while my hair was wet, dry, and even rinse it out like conditioner. No luck. I have slightly wavy average hair that gets dry at the ends. The product didnt seem to soak into the fibers and give that rich soft shininess that I usually get from argan oil products. I wonder if this is the effect of being unrefined as stated on the specs for the product. Overall, I can’t recommend this product for hair.
