I attempted to book an appointment online, said I would get a call within 12 hours to finish booking. Call never came. 2 business days later I tried again. 12 hours later still no call. Called the number for assistance, it is just an automated system that is of no help and will not connect to an actual person and just hangs up if you try to tell the system to talk to a person. Very disappointed.
I tried calling 4 times to get an estimate for a cracked windshield. I was driving and could not go online to get a quote. Everytime the automated service would hang up if you didnt select an option. The problem was, non of the option were what I needed. I ended up getting it done with another company that was much friendlier and easier to deal with than an automated machine.

Even though it turned out my windshield did not need replacing the service person helped to locate the problem. When i offered to pay him for his time he declined and said it was company policy to assist the customer. That is outstanding customer service and highly recommend Safelite for any window replacement.

Everything is safe and well operated at this unit. I had the chips in my windshield filled. Unfortunately one split a little in the process. Other than that explained and possible occurrence, all was professionally handled.

Showed up to drop off my vehicle and was immediately greeted and helped. Unfortunately, my insurance company had not provided all of the required information and the wrong part had been ordered. They ordered the correct part and rescheduled my appointment for a later date. Total time 20 minutes.I appreciate the staff taking the time to check the part vs my vehicle before I left.
Took my Jeep in today to get the windshield repaired. I was helped by a guy named Tim. He was super nice, professional, and very fast at fixing my windshield! He explained everything in detail, and answered all of my questions. 10/10 recommend this place if you have to take your vehicle in!
They kept waiting an hour and half. Only to tell me they could not do it. This after I called to find out if this would be a problem. They said they could do it.

My vehicle was taken in at my appt time & the work completed in less time than quoted. They were friendly & kept me informed of their progress. The waiting area was clean as was the bathroom.

I have had nothing but issues with this location. I spoke to the Manager (Wendy) and asked for her superiors contact information. She gave me the Customer Service number and they had no idea whom Max was. We have a National Account and this location has demonstrated poor communication time and time again. I will find a way to speak to whomever is in charge of this location.
Good service! Set up an appointment at 9am. Got my windshield replaced quickly before my lunch hour and Valarie at the front counter was very helpful and nice.

My tech name was Julio. He was very helpful and polite and willing to explain everything. Got my car vacuumed and the next morning walked into my car with a little card with a smiley face stating what was done. Very very awesome! Julio did a very good job ensuring my car was taken cared of.Thank you Safelite for meeting my needs. I know if I do come across the need of this service I will totally recommend Safelite to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional and terribly run shop. This whole experience goes back to February of 2018. I had my windshield replaced on 2/21/18. Less than 2 weeks later the new windshield cracked without any evidence of a rock strike. I called them up as it had clearly not been installed correctly. They sent out a tech that tried to claim there was a micro-rock chip that caused the windshield to crack. I balked at this and said no way and went to talk to the manager at the shop. He also claimed the same thing so I had the windshield replaced again on 4/25 through my insurance.Fast forward 8 months to the first rain and the windshield is leaking like a sieve. So I call in to have them replace it with their 100% guarantee and ask that a different technician do the work. I was told that technician no longer works here as he moved out of state. The employee shows up to do the repair and I ask him about the previous technician. He confirms my suspicion that he was actually fired due to sub-par work and said that my windshield sealant actually had 2 fairly large gaps in it.I knew that the previous two times my lane departure system could not be calibrated as my car was too new. He said he would check to see if that was the case, and when my repair was done informed me indeed that was the case and I would need to contact his manager Richard. I did this and Richard confirmed that they could not perform the calibration and it would need to be done at the dealership and they would reimburse me.I had this done 2/8 and sent the receipt and work order to Richard on 2/11. I didnt hear anything back so I sent a follow up email on the morning of 2/13. Still didnt hear anything so I called the 877 number and the connected me to Richard that said he thought he responded to my email but he did not. He said I should hear back from him early the next week, surprise surprise I did not. Now its 2/27 so I again call the 877 number to get to the bottom of this. They want to connect me to Richard again but I explain what I have already been through and the person on the phone puts me in touch with customer service.Customer service then confirms that absolutely nothing had been done on my reimbursement and that they would be processing it today and the check would go out tomorrow. Needless to say Richard and his team at Safelite in Camarillo are terrible and I wouldnt suggest this atrocious customer service experience on anyone.

Booking a service request via the web was a good experience for a first time customer such as myself. It was easy to locate the nearest shop. I chose to bring my car in to get a better time spot. The first time I showed up they were very up front and apologetic that the wrong part had been ordered and that we needed to postpone replacement. No worries. The next time everything went OK and the front windshield was replaced in exactly 90 minutes as estimated. Very professional and courteous service and their office where I waited was very neat and clean. The job was well done too. They coordinated with my insurance company ahead of time so payment was not an issue.
Top notch. Professional and friendly and the price was great. I just wish you could call their office direct at the place you want to have the work done instead of taking 10 minutes to schedule an appointment. Would highly recommend.

Scheduled a windshield for my Jeep in a couple days. Insurance directed me to this office for a no deductible replacement. Drove to the office for a tighter window of install time VS having them come to my house. Arrived early and was told a tech would pull it around back for inspection. Took 15 minutes for that to happen, then another 1.5+ hours for the replacement. Seems they keep the workload pretty high so things dont happen quickly, but the new glass and install seem fine. Also picked up new cheapy wiper blades installed for $24, so its OK.
While safelite is pricey, I highly recommend it due to the level of professionalism and customer service I received by Lonnie who replaced my windshield. It was very easy to schedule the service online and I was able to pick a time frame. Thank you Lonnie!
Outstanding service. This place deserves more than 5 stars for my overall experience. USAA referred me to this place for windshield replacement, but was told that they can actually fix the “stone cracks” instead of replacing the windshield. Seth is very knowledgeable and did an OUTSTANDING job...he explained me the process and i didn’t even wait that long to get it done. The place is very clean and there’s water, coffee, and snacks at the lounge for customers waiting. They also have phone chargers available at the lounge. All the employees are very helpful and respectful. I also heard one customer was arranged Uber pickup bcuz she didn’t want to wait at the place. The best part is they guarantee their work and gives lifetime warranty. This place exceeds my expectations by far. Highly recommended!!!
I hate to post a negative review, but I cant let their dishonesty slide.Their own official site quoted my windshield repair around $300-380, depending on location for out of pocket. This was consistent with a safelite auto I went to on the east coast. The moment they heard I was going through insurance and I had a $500 deductible, they tried to charge $700+.I corrected this and let them repair my windshield. I regret it and will not come back. If you still want to stop by, do your homework (as you should for any auto shop).
If you like dealing with the DMV or your cable company, you will love these guys. The mobile service scheduler will offer you a morning or afternoon appointment. They could show up anytime in a five hour window. They canceled the first appointment, I had to call a different number and reschedule for the following week. When the showed up the second time, I missed the call and called the technician back seventeen minutes later. The technician told me I would have to call the other number again and reschedule for the following week. So I’m done, I do not have any choice with my cable provider, but I do have a choice with windshield replacement companies.
Quick location in camarillo was fairly priced wish they had vacuumed the car afterwards but other then that a great job.

I have used Safelite twice each time the employees were very professional, does great workmanship and are very considerate of you, they call to let you know the time they will be there, they either arrive early or on time, get the job done in two hours or less and do not leave a mess. Will use them again if need be.

Referred by my auto insurance carrier at the beginning of the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, it was worth the 40 mile drive to have our Nissan Xterra rear-hatch window replaced. Theres a waiting room with a bathroom and a water cooler. The front desk clerk / mechanic multitasked between the phone, office work and the garage helping with window installations. We were there 90 minutes, about 90 min less than anticipated and strongly recommend you bring your own drinks, food and a spare roll of toilet paper as the office is a bare bones work place and we were there because neither of us wouldve been available for a service truck visit 5 days into the next week. Its located in a light industry warehouse campus setting, on a corner lot, not marked from the access street and you must turn left at the corner then turn left into the first driveway onto the property where youll see the business garage entrance on the left. Otherwise it was good service well done at this place of business.
Jesus Silva came out and replaced the windshield of our small motorhome. He was very nice and professional, answered all our questions, and did a perfect job.I will not hesitate to use Safelite in Camarillo again.
So far two appointments scheduled and confirmed and two no show appointments that I had to call at end of window to find they were never going to call me or show up. So not a very good impression being made by this company. No indication they care about customer or what it is like to take half a day off to accomplish nothing...twice!

They replaced my passenger window but broke the door handle in the process, the technician said they would order the part and they’d come back to replace it, I never heard from them again, I emailed twice and finally safelite said for me to bring it in to them, I can’t do that, I work, the whole idea of safelite is they come to you, Plus YOU guys broke my door handle!!!!

Came in with a little star crack. left with a star crack with a big crack down the middle of it. a new windshield installed will cost $1050. maybe thats the breaks (ha ha I crack me up) but I am not going back to these guys.
Windshield was poorly mounted and both sides of the body panels were not seated correctly. Lost one body part the first week. It has been two weeks, and still no replacement. Had to buy duct tape to keep the wind and rain out of my car. Ive talked with four different customer service reps, and they all apologize, but not one of them has done a thing to get this solved. They blamed it on the auto dealer, but I checked and they didnt even order the part. Apologies do Nothing. Poor management and bad workmanship, along with the worst follow thru ever. I dont think they care at all. So much for a warranty. Stay away!!!
I JUST WENT IN FOR A CHIP ON MY WINDSHIELD, THAT THE OXNARD TOYOTA DEALERSHIP TOLD ME WAS UNFIXABLE, I WAS GREATED WITH AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM STEVE. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY BY MANUELY INSERTING THE RESIN TO MAKE SURE NO FURTHER DAMAGE WAS DONE, ENSURING THAT THE CHIP WAS 100% FIXED . I WILL TELL EVERYONE HOW GREAT SAFELITE IS, AND WILL ALWAYS BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER . THANKS AGAIN SAFELITE !

Safelite totally ruined the rear view mirror on my vehicle during the installation and refuses to honor their warranty. Additionally, the installer broke the automatic rain detector sensor during the installation process too. Not only that the manager is completely rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. If your insurance company has a partnership with safelite and you need a windshield replacement I suggest you go elsewhere. I would never ever recommend this local shop, not only is their work shotty, they have no integrity. The definition of integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is looking. In my case, the tech ruins my mirror and auto sensor and doesnt have the integrity to fess up to it only letting me discover the damage on my own when I brought in for service.

Made an appointmet, they showed up late to their appointment only to let me know that the small Crack on my windshield was unfixable (its fixable) and then attempted to up sell their product. I was supposed to get new windshield wipers as well but the employee didnt even bring them. Waste of time.
All went as advertised with my mobile service! The technician arrived within the time window that I was quoted. I was notified in advance before he arrived. The three repairs on two cars took a minimal amount of time.

Got a call this morning saying that a few drivers called out (obviously partied too hard on the 4th) and that I wouldnt be able to have my window replaced today. Why is it that I am being inconvenienced for this? Why are they not sending another driver? This is absolutely ridiculous.
From the time you make your appointment for your auto glass needs, you wouldnt find a better facility or mobile company to perform the work.
