Ordered seatbelts July 2020 was told itd be 1 to 2 weeks then contacted them again and they said itd be 3 weeks since they had to order the stuff to make them so I was like ok. 1 month later they said they didnt have those seatbelts in that color that the material was taking longer than expected but could send us the black color ones instead, I said ok, the seatbelts i recieved were way cheaper and not at all like the ones I wanted and didnt refund the extra I paid for the tan colored ones which was $141.90. I said Id rather get my money back and they said ok just sent them back, had to pay for the return shipping which was $18 and only got refunded $115. Will never do business with them again and wont recommend others to either unless you dont mind waiting half a year for your stuff and risk it not even being what you wanted.
Made 2 phone calls to Wesco to make certain I got correct seat belt buckles for a previously ordered seat belt set from Wesco. But time spent on phone and me giving previous seat belt order number did not help, I received seat belt buckles that would not work. When I asked to return I was told that they were not returnable. I returned them anyway and Wesco promptly issued refund after I returned the buckles.
Utterly useless customer service. Bought seat belts that were advertised as fitting for Corvette.Seat belts obviously didnt fit and they wanted to do NOTHING about it. After a few mails they just said We cant take returns and thats that.Luckily I paid with Paypal so got my money back. Only leaving a bad review because they didnt even bother to remove Corvette from the cars they fit. They just aded measure before ordering but their measurments are useless on their site as they dont include the lenght of the ear of seat belt rollers. If you lead a proper business youd atleast take the time to correct that info and save other people the grief. Apperantly not.
Ordered a set of custom seatbelts. The initial email said they would ship in 1-2 weeks. After a month with no word, I emailed them and was told the parts needed to finish my order would be there in a couple days. Two weeks after that they emailed me saying the parts they needed would be there in a couple days.I cant speak to the quality of their belts since I never got them and canceled my order. But I can say they dont have the best customer service and dont communicate when there are delays .
