I just love going to the market. I feel so free here!! So many good eats. Pretty bummed that Deanos was closed today... had to settle for patsys pizza. Bennetts ice cream and little Johns is away a must!

This market is terrible. First of all he has no smoking signs around the building, but he smokes right in your face when you walk in. Second he treats his customers with zero respect and sells expired items in his store. Third he treats the kids around there terribly who are just trying to have fun skating. This man deserves no business.

First off, it is a badly named place. It is more of a liquor store than a market. All the items are severely overpriced. Secondly, the owner is always smoking outside of the store rather than operating front desk so it reeks outside the storefront. Awful experience. I have also seen him chasing little kids with a knife.

This place has been under new ownership and had a total redo a year ago and we love it. The owners are extremely helpful, courteous and always go the extra mile for their customers. Their knowledge of liquor is extensive and we can always rely on them to give us the very best at a great price. The store is always spotless and very inviting inside with friendly service every time we step into this neighborhood store. So happy they are here and looking forward to the new deli that is coming.

Terribly named because this is no f-in health food store. But its a hell of a liquor store. They have a boatload of microbrews and cheaper beers, they have tons of whiskey at a wide range of prices, decent selection of wine (could be better but wine is available everywhere nowadays). I didnt even look at everything but they have a lot of liquor and plenty of high- (and higher...) end stuff.Sickest selection of microbrews from California and beyond Ive personally every seen...a major focus of this shop and reason to check it out (bring your gold card, but still...) -- its pretty impressive.The owner is very knowledge, and likes to talk too. Hes a friendly guy. He seems willing to negotiate at least somewhat too, which is cool.Major downside is pretty high prices, and also the fact that the prices on many items are not labelled, which I really hate...maybe I better work on my haggling skills, the more I think of it.

Best craft beer selection in Ventura County and its not even close.. not to mention Top Notch customer service. I rode my bicylcle from simi and the owner was way cool and gave me some cool swag. Will be back

Wow! Best place ever. The guys here are knowlegebale and have major pride in what they carry. This is my hands down favorite place to go. Wish them the best!

Love the convenience of it all

The workers of this market are constantly smoking on the sidewalk. I walked by it last week.and I reeked like ashtray. Disgusting. I cant figure out how they can stand outside all the time smoking and not inside doing their jobs.
