Staff was was nice but very bad experience.. I was on a time crunch and went to exchange shoe size for my nieces first Disneyland trip. Looking for a specific color for her outfit. They did not have her size and the only box, one of the shoes was completely yellowed. Then the other back up color which is the most common color : black... Has one of the shoes displayed in the window which was completely faded. It was the only box in her size . I just ended returning the shoes and going with another store. Needles to say I will not be shopping here again.
