Really unsure what the problem was with this company. I wanted to get my sofa reupholstered and I sent over my pictures as asked, but the lack of communication has been poor and customer service has been the same. I’ve called, emailed and sent text messages to Maryann and she was either unresponsive or responded days later after I continually reached out. I have been waiting for swatches so I pick my fabric and start the process on my sofa because I also have chaise needing to get done. Today I waited because she texted me last night after I asked about the swatches saying she’s check on the swatches in the morning. That’s today and nothing happened!! I sent a message and she asking is there someone else there who can help me. She then rudely replied back saying to go to another location in Thousand Oaks who may not be busy and best of luck! I’m lost because we started the process and I was given a quote and this is how I’m being treated. I wonder why??? Oh I’m sure it’s because I’m African American!!! Trust me I’m well educated with a great job! Where is the management because this is unacceptable!!!!!!!
There was a mistake made about the location of this business, but I spoke with the owner, Andrew, who went out of his way to help me and correct the confusion. First class customer care!
