My Anniversary gift was delivered to the wrong office. By the time I received it (24 hours later), it was a soggy mess. They didnt even send everything I was supposed to receive. When called, they offered half credit. I hope someone out there is enjoying my cookies. ☹

I live in Northern California and placed an order with Edible Arrangements online last week to have flowers and chocolate dipped fruits delivered to my mom in Port Hueneme, CA for her birthday. Unfortunately, I got a voicemail the day the product was suppose to be delivered stating that they no longer deliver to Port Hueneme and I could pick it up. I dont understand why I was not notified earlier of this. I am very disappointed in Edible Arrangements Camarillo and will never order from them again.

Order last week Friday so it can be delivered same day . Received order confirmation. Two hours later received another email but with noting on it just my order . If I didn’t click the β€œtrack my order β€œ I wouldn’t have know it was canceled . I called multiple times to know why it was canceled no one answered . So they took my money and had no gift for my friend . Called Sunday to follow up with that they said they were short staffed . I get that but why didn’t I receive some notification on why it was canceled or that it was being canceled . If it wasn’t for that β€œtrack my order β€œ I wouldn’t have ever know it was canceled . And no one called me to say why or email to say why

Wow, unreliable company. I ordered earlier in the week for my mom’s birthday on Saturday (spent almost $90!). They just called me on Saturday to let me know they have no fruit and they could deliver on Monday. I asked to speak to a manager and no manager was available. No upgrade for forgetting my order, just sorry, nothing they could do. Really bad customer service and unreliable. I will take my business elsewhere!

I work near a local edible arrangements and was excited on the opportunity to utilize their services for a surprise anniversary gift for my friends who live nearby. The online websites and ordering services was so great it was so easy to place an order and extra gifting options. I received my order confirmation and my card was billed and made arrangements to pick up the order and drop off to my friends. Sadly 5 minutes after receiving the confirmation I get a call from the Camarillo edible arrangements saying that they will not be able to fulfill my request and order has been cancelled and I would be refunded.I was confused on why would that be the case since I received a confirmation and all she could tell me was that they were busy. I had never been turned away service because it was too busy so it really caught me off guard and was very unsatisfied. Not only were my plans ruined but the situation was handled extremelynot only were my plans ruined but the situation was handled extremely poorly. There was no alternative or expectations for next time. The conversation ended very awkwardly and Im sad to say that not be returning to give edible arrangements any services in the future.

TERRIBLE! If there was an option to give lower than 1 star, that would be my choice. I placed an order on Monday for Fathers Day, and received an email today (Saturday) stating that my order had been β€œconfirmed”. Had I not tracked my order, I wouldn’t have ever known that my order had actually been CANCELED without my knowledge and had ZERO option to reschedule my delivery. Ive tried calling this establishment several times, Ofcourse there is no answer nor an option to leave a voicemail. Ridiculous establishment, piss poor service. Save your energy, go else where please. DO..NOT..order from here!

This place is a joke, even their corporate office knows it. Why it is still in business is beyond me. They rely on DoorDash for their deliveries and made a lot of empty promises to make my order right. We count on businesses like this in times of great emotion- celebratory, romantic, sympathy, etc. and they can’t even fulfill paid orders resulting in extreme frustration. Never using again.

THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT HONOR THEIR COMMITMENT. Placed an order online for an Easter arrangement for my family. Just got a call at 4:45 PM the night before Easter - that they are sorry but oops, they have to reschedule my order to Tuesday. What?! Tuesday? Seriously?! If they were over committed they could have let me know hours ago but instead by waiting until the last minute to cancel they have ensured that I have no options to get something else to my family. So upset! Horrible service.

This place is just the worst business I ever order from i place on order to be delivered on March 27th. I call the store to give specific instructions for my order and no one answered the phone just keep ringing and all day, I even had to call another store in the city where I leave in and ask them to help me to get in contact with this store on Sunday the 28th I was able to speak to one of the employees she was not nice they not even feel sorry because they didnt make the delivery on Saturday they delivered on Sunday but they didnt even knock on the door they left the arrangement sitting on the floor in front of door on the sun. so just imagine all the chocolate got melted, worst experience what was supposed to be special surprise for my Mom turned out a mess

Placed online order on May 2nd, 2021. Recvd phone call from Jessica on May 6th day of delivery letting me know that they dont deliver outside of Camarillo and then it changed to no driver. Website doesnt mention no deliveries outside of Camarillo. I was disappointed because it was for my aunts birthday (lives in Santa Paula) and I live in Chula Vista, CA. Ill take responsibility for not reading the reviews. I learned my lesson. Its sad πŸ˜₯ when a company doesnt take the reviews seriously. Consumers should be heard and compensated for awful customer service. 🀬

Husband ordered from here and got a call asking if he would like a refund. He said he was currently still waiting for it to arrive and they lied and said the drive told them he did not want it. No driver ever showed up to our house. They did not answer any further phone calls from us. Still have yet to receive what we ordered and yet to receive a phone call back with an explanation or an offer to get the money back.

Ordered an edible arrangement from this location and items were missing from the order. When I called the store the manager claimed that the missing item was packaged. THE MISSING ITEM WAS NOT IN THE PACKAGE. When I assured her it wasn’t in there she got an attitude problem and said that the missing item didn’t cost a lot anyway. EXCUSE ME ?! It DOES NOT MATTER what the cost was - the point is that as a business when someone pays for a service they expect it to be delivered especially when already charged! She then proceeded to say she could refund me with an attitude and hung up ! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING ? The problem is that this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this place - they’ve not delivered the right thing in the past ! I tried to give them another shot and they just failed again. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE! I would leave 0 stars if possible.

Terrible customer service! I ordered a fruit arrangement to be delivered to my mother in a nursing facility on Sunday, Feb. 21. After calling the facility I discovered that the arrangement was never delivered. I called this business at least 5 times and they never answered the phone or returned my messages. Finally, on Feb. 26, a young lady finally answered, found my order, but had no idea why my order had not been delivered! Mind you, this was AFTER the money had been deducted from my account! Then she just cancelled the order with no idea about what her manager would do about getting the fruit to my mother, as that is what I still wanted to have done. She said she would have him call me but, of course, he has NOT called, to this day, March 8!

I place an order of fruit arrangement for my sisters birthday. The delivery and service was great. The bad part was the Fruit Arrangement. It look really fresh and nice the day of delivery BUT the next morning the arrangement got ROTTEN. Been inside of the refrigerator and less that 24 hrs the fruit got mold. I was really shame when I got a phone call from my sister and told me what had happen. Im really disappointed because I was a customer for a long time. My previews order will always last 1 wk. BUT this one last less that 24 hrs and I paid over $100. I send a message to the manager with the picture and she didnt do anything. They dont care about their customers.

Ordered a platter for my husband and requested it be delivered the next day ( a Thursday) between 10am-12pm. Order was delivered at 11:15am, right in that window and the order was absolutely beautiful and perfect :) My husband shared it with his colleagues and everyone gushed about how pretty it was :D I requested tableware and they received it! Absolutely no hiccups/issues! Super excited to order more in the future:)

Spoke with a gentleman named Rodney. The most unprofessional customer service I have ever received. I have never written a review in my life but I had to this time. I have never had someone hang up on me when I am asking a simply question to find out the time of a delivery. This place needs to understand they are in business because of customers, not the other way around. I hope no one ever orders anything from them.

Placed an order as a Christmas gift for my mom on December 19th. Had it scheduled for delivery on the 24th. I placed the order online as I do everytime I have ever done business with this company. Long story short, the order was never fulfilled or delivered. The company made sure to keep my money as well. I contacted the corporate office on the 26th about this and was told 3-5 business days and I would have a refund, that time came and went and still no refund so I called them back and was told that whoever I spoke with never documented anything. Now we have to start the whole process over again, this time Im given a case number and told within 48 business hours i would hear from somebody. 48 business hours went by and nothing so i call again and am told this time it would be 5-7 business days and I would be issued a refund. Im still waiting for my money back. Please do yourself a favor and dont ever do business with edible arrangements anywhere ever.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER!!!!!! I am not one to complain, as a matter of fact, there is always a solution to logical issues. I have no qualms with the company itself, but this store and their employees DEFINITELY need to take a course in customer service etiquette or social mannerisms. For one, I think it is the job of the employees to bring customer satisfaction to all consumers whether it be to answer a question over the phone or help rectify a current order. Instead of taking the easy way out and just CANCELLING an order, try your best to keep communication between all existing locations to best served your customer and retain the sale. Now here is my rant, I received a call from Christina and she informed me they no longer had the item that I had purchased. She did however, offer to cancel my order and provide me a refund or I would have to call another store to see if they had any. Thinking that they would be able to provide me with proper service, she seemed very unwilling to call the Thousand Oaks location. She said she would call me back, but didnt. Cowardly, she had her coworker call me and lied to her coworker about the store being out of stock. Sensing her attitude and unwillingness to help, I called T.O myself prior to receiving a call back. They were in stock with the item I needed. Omar from T.O was very pleasant and offered to go the extra mile for me. Its called team work, and if you cant provide a simple task as to call another store or provide customer service the way it supposed to be, then you should look to find employment where you dont have to deal with customers or people for that matter. But I want to apologize to Carol at the Camarillo location for receiving my negative attitude from my experience with Christina. Oh! And my order was for pick up not delivery, so good job on sucking even more Camarillo location. Like others said, I wish I could put zero instead of giving one star. I guess even google gives participation stars for worthless companies.

Ordered salted caramel apple wedges twice. Forgot to deliver both times. After second failure, store sent out another delivery the next day for the apples and some free strawberries. Got the strawberries, but they forgot the apples, again! Three times they failed to deliver a product after charging a $14 delivery charge. Was reimbursed for apples each time. What a poor excuse for a business. How do you fail to do what your business is designed to do and stay in business? Completely incompetent staff and ineffective manager!
