Great place to buy issues and volumes of comics 👍

Mike is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Been going to him for years (and introduced my son to comics through his store too!). It’s brightly lit and welcoming to families and women, unlike other comic book stores. It’s the perfect place for newbies as well as old-timers to enjoy comics and other merchandise. He goes the extra mile to make it personable, and really gets to know what comics you enjoy to help you out. Highly recommended!

Ive been buying comics from Mike in one way or another since 1992 when I had to ride the bus just to get to the shop he was managing at the time. Sterling Silver Comics (his own shop now) is a wonderful place for a comic reader to visit. It is clean, organized and well stocked with back-issues as well as new releases. Mike is both friendly and extremely knowledgeable and has always been happy to help me find the books Im looking for.With the global pandemic going on, Mike has made it easy to either pick up my purchases at the curb, or have them mailed directly to my home.My 7 year old bought his first comics from Sterling Silver and I look forward to bringing him with me for many more years.

A really good comic book shop. Old and new stuff.

Mike has been selling me comics since I was in junior high school, riding the bus to the shop he used to work at to pick up terrible early image books. Hes always been friendly and courteous to everyone, and has always had excellent suggestions which expanded the scope of what comics meant to me. I had absolute faith in him recently to make suggestions of some new things to try during the shutdown. All his suggestions were home runs. Im a customer for life, and I dont know of a better, more professional, more passionate comics retailer than Mike Sterling, and I reccomend his business unreservedly.

Small but adequate corner comic book store. Very few action figures, but a nice supply of comics, and a fair selection of graphic novels. Ive been in twice, and both times the owner was on his phone chatting on a personal call and didnt look up. The first time I had to interupt him for service. The second time I just left. Other than that, a servicable little establishment. Would be more enjoyable if they had better selection of action figures and some other collectibles, like most comic book shops do.

Well organized, spacious set up and a big parking lot. Do yourself a favor. Stop by.

I didnt catch the gentlemans name I talked to, but he was very nice. I was trying to sell my comic books for my son to go to grad night. I remember my and I would my son to have the same memorys that I have, hanging with your friends on grad night was the best. Unfortunately I didnt have anything he needed. He was still nice and welcoming. All my friends I know that have comics or are still collecting to go to sterling silver comics.

I have only purchased via mail, but I have always received exactly as promised and incredibly quickly. They process the order and have it mailed out within a day or so. Highly recommend.

Mike is extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and an all around great guy. I thoroughly enjoy his shop! He has a ton of back issue and stocks new books all of the time. As far as current issues goes Sterling Silver Comics always has what you are looking! I highly recommend stopping by or starting your pull here!

I was there today talked to Mike the owner. He tells Me hes been in business for 30 years. I asked a couple of questions and he knows his stuff. Every Wednesday the new editions are on the wall and yes he has them all. 4 to 6 dollars for the new ones plus many older comics in stock. Something like 45k items in the store. Yes hell buy yours. He has them for sale from $1 to $500. Come in here first, hell order it if he can. Just Remember, If you need information about Comic Books, Mike Sterling is your man.

Went to a different comic shop 30 minutes after opening on Wednesday for a new release and they where sold out. Went here 6 hours later that day and sterling was in stock on a hot release. Opened a subscription with them as well. Great shop!!!

Have only ordered comics online from Sterling Silver as I live out of state, but have had tremendous luck with selection, speedy mailing and great service. Highly recommended

I dont live in California, and yet Sterling Silver Comics is one of my favorite comic book stores (and Ive been in a *lot* of them). Why? Because owner and operator Mike Sterling knows comics, and more important, he knows *business*, which means he offers a bright, inviting atmosphere that welcomes all fans and collectors, old and young, male or female. He runs one of the most effective Free Comic Book Day promotions Ive ever seen, as shown on his blog detailing the care and attention hes giving to planning and hosting the event.More personally, Ive ordered comics and other items several times from Sterling Silver and Ive been 110% happy about the transactions. Mike ships quickly and oh boy, his packing to protect books and comics is exceptional.As a comic book collector for almost 40 years, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sterling Silver to all customers for a great shopping experience. And thats the truth!

They got good stuff here and the quality of service was great. The guy helped me out finding a comic issue I was looking for and Ill definitely come back.

The owner/manager is very knowledgeable and keeps the store well stocked and logically organized. I ordered a graphic novel that wasnt in stock and got it very quickly. I would still rather browse a local comic book shop than buy online. Buy local. Please.

Mike runs a clean, friendly, well-curated establishment. His knowledge about comics has always been an asset as a source of information as well as entertainment. If Mike doesnt carry what Im looking for, I have full faith that he will track it down for me. The service and attention to the customer experience that Mike brings to his shop is such a rarity that I will commute the 40-odd miles every couple of weeks instead of frequenting the shop I have near home that is virtually around the corner.

Nice place to go. They have majority of comic books and cool stuffs/toys for children and all ages. Glad to have them out here in CAM. Good owner who is cool too.

Mike is the a BEST guy to own a comic shop. With years of experience working at other places, he knows his stuff. He is extremely friendly and always happy to come to you when you ask for help and show you where certain issues are. If he doesnt have one you want, then hes also happy to order it for you hold it until you come back!Also, the place is so clean. Very organized and calm, a good place for comic fans everywhere. Make you sure you swing by if youre in Camarillo!

Went there looking for a old Milk and Cheese comic...and the owner went above and beyond to help me. And found 3 of them!! Really helpful and store is really clean with a big wall!

Very helpful. Good selection of comics. Owner will order you items that you dont have. Pull Boxes are always up to date. TPB selection is growing. Not much in the way of collectables. There are some Pop! figures and a few other products. They also have older comics for purchase and a few full sets of classics. Great place for your comic book needs.
