Two words...ALWAYS IMPRESSED! We love how much Dr. Ross and Dr. Freeland, and their staff cares about their patients. Dr. Ross has consistently made great recommendations and always tries to make our visits comfortable. My daughter and I see Dr. Ross regularly, and my husband recently saw him as well. My husband, who hasnt been to an O.D. in over 10 years because hes the type of person who wont make a doctors appointment unless theres a problem or hes in pain. While he took my daughter for her eye exam, the staff was able to squeeze him in for an exam too. Great job, staff! Im so glad you took care of my family. Thank you for your patience, and always going above and beyond for us.
