If I could give zero stars that would be so much better because for the experience that I had in this store was absolutely not okay and really disrespectful. The “manager” at this store, his name is Bryan, came up to my little sister and I and asked her where was some earrings she had picked up, my sister obviously told him that she had left them and he kept INSISTING that she put them in her pocket even tho he didn’t see her, after my sister showed her pockets he left us alone without a sorry making my sister feel really bad because she knows not to steal from a store. My dad then after went to go talk to him and finally said the most coldest sorry ever and was being absolutely rude to us. Bryan if your reading this get some manners and maybe learn to be a “manager” because wow was spirit halloween desperate and chose the worst one! 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Horrible experience! Was yelled at in front of my daughter by the manager was refused to be checked out by snobby staff.

Was chased around by some girl with green hair that works here
