I love this store! The ladies have always been so helpful everytime Ive come in. Customer Service was an A+ the last time I visited April 2021 & it always is. Savannah assisted me & quite honestly she went Above & Beyond! To have such a long drive to come to the store, its nice to be treated well & assited. Shout out all of the ladies, Ive had a kind interraction with all. Savannah, Joan who has also been lovely & assisted me as well as, Angie & Julie. Horrible customer service. They didn’t bother to help because They thought I wasn’t interested and I heard a associate said “Latinos don’t buy”. Learn better customer services and meet you sale for the day.

Most outlet stores used to have exceptional deals, not here. Plenty to choose from but pricey.

Not only are the prices hilariously awful, there’s a blonde lady inside working yelling at people to social distance when they’re already 6 feet apart. Then she would yell “SOCIAL DISTANCING” as she walked directly through groups of people, practically brushing into them. She also had us locked in, and when she let us out she held the door open, so I tried my best to stay as far away as possible, but she rolled her eyes and said “unbelievable” as I left. I’m not sure what else I could have done for her. She clearly needs a lesson in both customer service AND social distancing.

This was our first time in this store and it will be our last. My husband and I were in here with his parents, we were standing near the back of the store, trying to be out of the way of others customers. A store employee (a middle aged blonde white lady) said excuse me then brushed past us aggressively while loudly complaining that we were not social distancing. My husband and I promptly left and she opened for the door for us and was shaking her head and hands at us to hurry up.First of all, we are customers and are not to be treated that way. Second, we are a family and were out of other people’s way. Third, this employee needs to be spoken to about her attitude problem because I assure you that your store will lose customers just because of her rudeness.Good luck.

Every time when I head to Santa Barbara, The Le Creuset Outlet store is a mandatory stops. The prices are great, and the additional discounts are unbeatable in comparison to any other store in Los Angeles. The service is exceptional.
