Horrible experience. Not only was the wait time hideous. The burger patty was about halfway cooked. The napkins they put on top of my double double were stuck to my cheese on the burger. Anything and everything that could go wrong went wrong shaking my head. Those workers making the food just dont seem to care at all

When can you ever go wrong going to a In and Out? I mean really! I have yet to have a bad experience going to a In and Out. Yeah the lines are long at times but, that goes to say the burgers are just that good. Being able to get a feast for less than $10? Sign me up, will recommend to friends and would come to another In and Out till the day I die

What else can be said about In and Out??? This was the first burger I had when I first arrived in America and it is STILL THE BEST burger I have had in California! I began with the cheeseburger with fries, then I moved on to the delectable double double, then I moved on to the TASTY triple triple and finally graduated to the UNFORGETTABLE FOUR-BY-FOUR!!! My wife always gets the secret menu protein style burger with fries and a neopolitan shake! I still have my In and Out hat that the kindest Sacramento staff gave to me on my first visit to In and Out with my family! Love you guys keep up the amazing service and food!!! God be with you guys

We have In-N-Out in Dallas area were we live but they are all far from us. Since I lived in California for 30 years I knew how great they are. Anyway, I had the well done fries and I dont recommended them, too dry and no taste. The burgers are wonderful and the location is very close to my sisters house in Camarillo, Ca. Keep up the good work and bring these burgers to Ellis county in Texas. Ennis, Texas to be exact.

Coming from the east coast in n out is definitely over hyped. Burgers are pretty decent. Fries are the worst fries I ever had. They taste like a fried paper bag.

What can you say? It’s In-N-Out. A good, reliable, cheap burger. If you’re lucky the lines not long but even if it is long it’s not that bad. Very few places I can feed my family of five for under $30 anymore and everybody is happy in the end

At this point once youve been to one In-N-Out Burger in Southern California, youve pretty much seen them all. In this instance, it was a nice rest stop in between where we were coming from and where we were going, plus the best hamburgers in town. Its got a pretty long line inside and the drive-thru line is even longer. As always I go for the number one double-double with grilled onions, fries, and a lemonade. It takes 20 minutes to get your food and 5 minutes to eat it - then were back on the road!

I love in n out have been eating there since I was a child. Fast service excellent consistent food and good prices. I live in Colorado now so I dont get too many chances to eat there always make sure I grab a couple of double doubles to take home with me when I visit.

Besides their great tasting burgers 🤗I like the fact while youre traveling you can use the restrooms😄

One of the best burger places in California. I am not a burger person but if I’m in for burger there’s no other place but In-n-out burger. This location is always busy specially their drive thru, that’s why I choose to go in instead.Staff is nice and accommodating. Shoutout to the staff and cooks on May 10, 2021 around 8pm! The burgers came out hot and delicious, cooked to perfection!! It was a memorable evening because not only was the food awesome, there was a bus load of people (perhaps a theater group) that came in with 70s fashion, imagine go-go dresses and boots, very Nancy Sinatra. Anyways, praises for the staff who care about their jobs and do the best they can.

Went Thursday evening around 4:30, line was long but went very quickly. Had not had one in a while and it was especially good. I think the meat patty is thicker, tomatoes are bigger. Young man taking orders at the car windows was very friendly.

No words are needed, I have clients who when off the flight at LAX or BUR our first stop is In-N-Out. Their beef, bread and they cut the potatoes fresh continuously in window for us to see. Love all around.

I love In-N-Out and this is a great location. Conveniently located right off of the freeway. While the parking lot can be full, there is an overflow area. When they get busy, they do have additional staff that take orders and the line moves relatively quickly even though it can be a long line. Always great, prompt service and the food is always great.

Stopped at this location and as usual, the drive thru line was long, but we walked it. We placed our order and went outside. The order came and it was delicious! The double double is great! I also ordered a chocolate shake which was ok, not the best. Still, overall, it was good and I will be back!

Awesome In & Out! Staff are always very nice! They always aim to please the customers! Restroom is always clean & no hassle to use them! Orders are always right & food is always hot!

They offer a nice variety of fresh food. I enjoy dining here. Staff members are always nice, rates are fair and the place is always well organised.

This location is 100% hit or miss. You can either get a super nice employee or not so friendly. Either way food is always good, the line is worth it. Bathroom is typically messy and smelly though so maybe avoid that.

Fried yummy food, but the best part was we were able to kick someone out trying to sneak into the Drive-Thru line.

The line is long sometimes but not they get people through pretty quickly. The food is yummy and I love the fact that they offer in the car for the drive through food. And protein style means I can eat there gluten free!

I am a big In n Out fan but I was greatly disappointed yesterday. Every burger we got was raw. One of the burgers was for my 3yr old so Im glad we caught it before she had more than 1 bite.I took the burgers back and they made us new ones. They apologized but didnt seem too bothered by the situation.

Burgers are delicious! They have a lot of customers so theres a bit of a wait, but not too bad. Animal style fries are super good. Docked a star because *sometimes* (but not always) their regular fries are a bit off.

Simple menu. Protein style with lettuce wrap burgers are great for people who are counting carbohydrates. Napoleon shake is my kids favorite. Animal style double double can be a fabulous choice for items off the menu. Support local kids who work @ local store.

I waited for 20 minutes in line. I ordered a burger and fries with no salt. Last time I was there I got raw french fries literally. This time I got burnt to a crisp fries. The burgers are great the fries ruin the meal.

Went inside for fast service. I ordered a cheeseburger with mustard instead of the spread and it had spread on it. In n out is usually perfect, today their perfect streak was broken but thats ok in n out, i still love you.
