Love big lots and its great because it in shopping center. Its staff is nice and prices are good.

Great place to find furniture, housewares & random stuff you need for your home & school.

They have really great stuff, Ive been coming here for years and years. Sometimes things are a bit messy or disorganized but overall I always find what Im looking for. I feel for the cashiers here who have to deal with less than ideal customers.

Frustrating... Prices arent posted for 1/2 the items in the store. I literally walked to the cashier with a cart full of stuff and rejected 1/2 the items when informed of the prices

I have been shopping at this store since 2004. The new manager was not helpful. Bought a spray bottle for cleaning products. Took it home to use it and it was cracked across the bottom. I didnt have my receipt. I was told if I didnt have the receipt I would lose 20% of what I paid for it and only get store credit for the remaining balance. It was broken when I bought it. I am beyond upset. I just wanted to get a unbroken one. I am boycotting Big Lots in Camarillo California.

This store is cool.. employees are very nice, and they dont follow you around thinking your stealing (not good if you are) but I dont. And I cant stand being followed like I am.. anyways. Fantastic staff. Even the evening stocker guy asked if I needed help finding anything... thanks big lots

Big Lots is my Big Box store with mo membership necessary ! They carry many items that I buy regularly in quantity ... works out better than a membership big box store !

Great Employees, Tons of Great Stuff

Big Lots has more items in stock then you might think. A large variety of items from furniture to housewares, pets to slippers, kitchenware to bed and bath, frozen foods to snacks all at a reasonable price. Ive bought a few furniture type floor models that I was able to negotiate a better price. I thought that was very nice. Friendly knowledgeable staff, large clean store. I have no problem shopping there

Their inventory was kinda low but other than that they had good customer service

Went to find baby stuff tonight. Discovered they got rid of this section. Really disappointed, always loved their selection of baby items and needed certain things from this section. The Staff was friendly and welcomed me warmly upon entering the store. I would have given more stars but Ive noticed prices climbing. I can buy the same items in the grocery stores for less.

Their items come and go, but its a great place to start to find bargains. I know a person who bought a couch there that they love.If you havent checked it out, you should!

They generally have good prices. The problem is that some items dont ring up at the posted price, especially clearance items so you have to watch carefully at checkout.

I frequent this place quite a bit as Im a young guy trying to save money and this place is pretty great for that. They have a pretty large selection of items that are marked down (some brand names and some ones Ive never heard of). Without hesitation I would say that basically all of their prices are lower than a lot of the same items I see at other store. Their customer service is actually very good. I cant remember her name but she is an Asian lady that is there almost every time I stop in and is extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they usually only have one register person at a time so you can imagine if it gets busy, theres gonna be a pretty long wait. I actually had shopped the other day and put my items back because I didnt have the time to deal with that. Otherwise Id say its a pretty solid place (for the price). 🤘✌️

The store is clean with variety of items. I usually end up leaving without buying anything cause they never have prices on anything. Please address this. Literally nothing in the spring section had anything priced.

We went on black Friday and expierneced the best customer service ever from Jose the manager.

Its a big lots. Its exactly what youre expecting: something in between a Walmart and a 99¢ store. Very large selection of junk/snack food.

Big Lots is great. You find all kids of thugs there. I needed bath mates that go on the bottom of your bathtub. Go 2. Now my husband wont slip in the bathtub.

This is a store like a mini Walmart packed with a little bit of everything, it even has furniture, gazebos, kitchen appliances and gadgets of all kinds, also has food! The isles are wide but only some of them, no public bathrooms here and no restaurant inside.

Big lots in Camarillo is a poorly organized, understaffed place with a lot of opened products on the shelves. I have personally seen people opening bottles and testing products and keeping them back on the shelves.
