Submitted a request for a dozen windows and doors. Two days later, I hadnt received a quote so I reached out. Sam Rodriguez mentioned that they wont be able to get me a quote that day and they no longer wish to do business with me. That they have plenty of business.It shouldnt take 48 hrs+ to type in a bunch of numbers in the milgard software.Id rather give my business to someone who can handle it and has the capacity to provide proper service.
