I found their store online and saw it was within driving distance to pick up versus paying shipping. The reply was to arrange a pickup with their physical location. Np. As per Google, the store hours were operational until 10 pm. I called and was told in a snippy reply that theyre closed and the person Im speaking with doesnt handle orders. Very well. I found the same card I was GOING to buy for $125 for sale at $90 somewhere else. I decided the other two items can wait until I find them for less. My money deserves to go to a business without attitude. There is a plethora of options, Ill shop online instead of supporting a local business with attitude.

I walked in hoping to pickup a couple of sets of dice and walked out with a fun and new hobby, the staff is both patient and informative. They answered all of my questions regarding Magic The Gathering in vivid detail and i would recamend going here if you are looking for a new hobby or looking to pick up a new pack or six.

This place is very over priced for where they are located, depending who you talk to the prices will go up 2% or all the way up to 9%!! Of market value.The people who come to the store are ok but most of the time very clicky so anyone new coming in are not welcome. The people who run the store are very reluctant to look for anything for you unless they know you.I can go on but to summarize there are better places to play and buy from sorry to say.

Always fun to go in! Great selection of cards available, even if you dont see them. I went in with a list of 8 hard to find cards, and was able to get 6 of them that day. If they dont have what you want, theyll make it happen for you.

Tried a place closer and had the opposite reaction. Great place, just wish I was closer so I could go daily. Staff actually greeted me, which is apparently not common in the industry.

Posted times on their website as well as on google reflect that they are open until 10pm every night. Showed up a little after 9pm to see the door locked but with employees and their friends hanging out playing games. When asked about store hours they acted surprised as if it was my fault or error for having driven out there and not knowing the hours are changed to 8pm on the weekends. Wouldve been nice if one of the many employees that were present could have helped me with my small purchase that evening.

Cool shop. Not too big or too small. Good selection.Went in today since I just moved to the area and Brandon was super helpful and nice.Some shops have a very elitist attitude like if you dont spend a rent check on a deck they dont have time for you. This is not one of those places. Lots of weekly tournaments. Really hope Eldritch Moon makes standard more fun because I cant wait to start playing in person again.

I always have a good time playing magic here when Im in town on vacation.

Definately a wonderful place, those who work there are always professional and friendly. I have moved around alot in my line of work and I have always looked for a good game store that met the high bar set by the place that I grew up going to. However this establishment not only meets that standard but exceeds it. I am incredably happy going to this store.

The store is large which is nice but they dont seem to have very many magic singles in stock for walk in customers to buy. Tournaments there are ok, but I wish they would do a better job of policing player conduct at tournaments. There are some regulars that are kindof rude and unforgiving to less experienced players. They keep the place clean and there is a ton of room to play which is nice. They also seem to have alot of the magic accessories in stock all the time.

So Ive never physically been here, so I cant speak to the actual storefront itself. However, I did place an order with these guys through TCGPlayer to pick up some pre-order cards for Ravnica Allegiance. My experience with the people running the store through this was deplorable. They did not respond to any of my messages, refused to cancel my order when I requested a cancellation days in advance, actually shipped my pre-order early in order to circumvent having to provide a refund, and left me to hash it out on my own. As a pre-order seller, they are required to accept all cancelation requests and respond to messages within 2 days. Even after I returned the cards to them unopened, they still did not reply to my messages or provide a refund. Oh, and the order was for $7 worth of cards. $7 was enough for them to screw a customer over.I assume California has many other wonderful card and game stores that care a bit more about customer relations.

They have a much better selection of MtG products than most stores in the area, and as a beginner MtG player, I appreciate that the staff were friendly and helpful.

Most horrendous customer service Ive ever experienced. Extremely unprofessional. Furthermore, takes orders and doesnt ship them. I was forced to escalate to get my money back.
