Ive been a Kaiser customer for a few years now because the customer service is outstanding and the price, reasonable! From the folks that answer the phones to schedule service, to the technicians who show up at your door, every member is focused on meeting my needs. The maintenance visits are thorough and the techs are consistently courteous, clean and professional ( a personal shout out to their tech Steven who is exemplary!). Kaiser was recommended by friends when my AC/Heat pump stopped working. The company was able to check out warranty on the unit in my new home, found out it was covered, saving me a lot of money. I now have a functioning unit. Noel was the tech sent out and he was wonderful. Answered every question, explained the processes he was using to test his work. Cynthia, in their office, is also a very receptive and pleasant person. Was able to work out scheduling that didnt interfere with other obligations. Highly recommend Kasier

Sergio performed his duties exceptionally well. He showed me the new equipment he would install, explained how it works, did his regular maintenance, and thoroughly cleaned our condenser after a major fire. He is personable, professional, and a delight to work with. I highly recommend him.

Excellent job. Noel arrived at the scheduled appointment time. He carried the tools he needed to complete the job of getting our gas fireplace running again. He quickly assessed and remedied the difficulty. He described the problem and suggested ways to prevent such problems in the future. He had time to inspect our furnace. He left the areas cleaner than when he arrived. His customer service skills were exceptional. Ill continue to use Kaiser Air Conditioning, and request Noel in the future.

Cinthia in the office was very amicable and helpful in setting us up with Noel who first came by and assess the work that would be needed to get the unit working. He later came by to make the repairs and our unit is up and working... very happy with our choice!
