None of the 2 female employees greeted and attended to us when we were there 6-20-21 afternoon. No other customer were inside the store except me and 2 of my sisters but we cant even ask for help as they were just ignoring us. These 2 employees were just standing and not saying anything to us even when we are leaving the store. The same treatment were experienced by my friends when they were in the store that same afternoon. We love and always shop at Kipling but will not come back to this location.

I’m a regular shopper at this store and I always have great customer service. The girls are all friendly and go out of their way to help customers. I totally recommend this store!

Sales floor associate said one thing about the sale they had going pn (buy more,save more) and the cashier said another also, some of the signage for items 50% did not match the items on the shelf. I was very disappointed but still bought my Kipling items.
