Bought a WCB-30 off Ron 7 years ago and never had one problem. Excellent quality and works like it should. Was alway helpful when I had questions and answer calls even after hours.

The turbo balancer we bought from Ron is junk. We bought it brand new and it was a huge disapointment. As soon as we pulled the machine out of the box we could see that the quality was not there. The overal build but also the mounting of the control panel is so poorly done, everytime you would touch a button, the panel would rock back and forth like a bobble head. Our new machine was not even working when we plugged it due to a faulty motherboard. We later found that the board was missing several robotic welds that weve had to do onsite in order to make it work. This balancer render very little precision and make the balancing of small and medium framed shafts inaccurate and unfit to VSR balancing. We wanted to buy an all american product but ended up with an expensive paperweight. We could have bought 2 very nice chinese balancers for less than what we paid for this machine ($10k). The balancer currently sits under the shelves in the lab, unused. I sure do not recommend this product.
