These folks are great! Dan, the sales person who helped us with the purchase was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun, rather than a chore. He introduced us to the service manager and staff, parts staff, etc. Dan went over the bike (2021 Heritage Classic) in detail after the purchase. Just a plain good experience. Never once did we feel the kind of sales pressure we are used to from car purchases. Just a feeling that everyone wanted to make sure I had the bike I wanted and would enjoy for years. In the time it took for us to go to the bank, get a cashiers check, and return, Dan already had the bike in service for the additional items. I very much recommend this place. Thanks Dan!

My son wants to buy a motorcycle 🏍️ so we stopped in. An employee named Pat politely walked up to us and asked if he could help answer any questions...Well .. He opened the flood gates with my son..lol..who asked him dozens and dozens of questions!! Pat patiently answered everything and even added tons more information. He was WONDERFUL! No pressure to buy anything. Great stock of Harley items. I was able to try on a jacket I had been looking at. Good thing I did it didnt fit. Time for a diet for me! I was surprised there werent more helmets. I plan on going back.I went back and bought my myself my first Harley! I got a 2007 Heritage Softail Classic. Ive been riding for several months now and I am very happy with my purchase. I even had to use their service department and found them to be super helpful and efficient. Overall its been a great experience!

This is a fantastic Harley Davidson Dealership! We were visiting from Massachusetts and stopped in for poker chips. They were super friendly and helpful! My daughter is only 15 but is planning on purchasing her first Harley next year. They were still willing to help us and answer our numerous questions (knowing in advance that we would not be purchasing from them) and even let her sit on a few of the bikes to check her height. The salespeople specifically Bucky and Nicole made purchasing my 2017 Harley Davidson fast and hassle-free.I would and have recommended Ventura Harley-Davidson.

Went in to see why my 2019 road glide wasnt connecting to apple car play when I plugged my phone in when it was a huge selling point for them when they sold me the bike at HD Moorpark. They told me I needed to get it flashed or buy a wired headset to get it to work, or they could order me a part and flash it for $300 (before labor). I was pretty upset seeing as a buddy of mine had the same issue and a HD dealership in LA county flashed his bike for free. So I went online found the part to flash my bike for $25 and did it myself in 15 minutes. The only reason ill ever go into this dealership again is to get part numbers in order to spend my money somewhere else.

Ventura Harley Davidson is finally well stocked with pre covid retail goodies! I always love a good shopping experience there and can find my xs size as well as my Husbands lg size in everything we wanted. Of course one can always simply ask the person who helps you to order direct and then go back to pick it up when its ready. Because I am a gotta get it now girl.....I am happier when I can avoid this scenario. Anyway, love shopping there also get awesome service on the bikes too.They typically do not add a big % to the price for normal service or parts.

After an extremely uncomfortable ride on my Kawasaki Concours with my wife, we had to get off the 101 and take a break. It just happened to be the exit for Ventura Harley Davidson. I had been looking at one in the past but wasnt sure about having a payment. This ride brought me to the fact it was more important to be comfortable. The staff at Ventura Harley are awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything and they answered all my questions. I got a great deal on a bike that I consider is an awesome investment.

The facility was great and a stunning showroom. The associate that helped me however made me feel like he could care less about my questions. Good help is hard to find I guess.

Mark in the parts department is the best !! I was trying to get for tubes for 14 year old Harley. They didnt have any in stock, he checked and said Glendale H.D. had some and got me their number. Didnt work out, paid for tubes to get back ordered. Found some that night, went back the next day and got a full refund, no problems !!
