I have known the owner of the Motorcycle Service Center for over 20 years and he does the best work of anybody That I have had to do work for me in the past. William has all the qualities that one would like to see when having somebody do their work. He has built me 2 race motorcycles in the past and now building me a custom Prophecy Hardtail mountain bike. He is always been honest and fair and his pricing competitive to other dealers. If you’re looking to have William build you a bike or repair your motorcycle you won’t be disappointed. His expertise is outstanding.

Great service and communication. Will has knowledge on nearly all makes and models. He tuned up my BMW and 70s Honda. Both run strong! Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service and experience overall regarding my SV1000S. Will was accommodating, professional, reasonably priced and went above and beyond repairing several issues with my bike. Repairs included oil change, front fork work and rear brake master cylinder R&R. Ill be back in the future.

I brought my bike in for engine noise. They called me a few days later saying my bike was ready to go. When I got there to pick my bike up the engine noise was worse then it was when I brought it in. They then took my bike back in for inspection. They called me a few weeks later letting me know my engine was toast. I then told them I was going to pick my bike up and take it to the dealer. Once I picked my bike up they had left all the bolts on the head loose, no oil in the motor after I just payed them 50$ for an oil change, and I was missing a fairing bolt. I asked them where the bolt was and he said he had no idea where it went.(emails to prove it) Screwed me over big time. Little to no communication. They said they would give me paperwork for my bike and I still have not received it after almost 2 months. I have reached out to them through email several times and still no response. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. I have been to many motorcycle shops around Ventura County and this is by far the worst shop I have encountered. I am very displeased with the service I have received and I do not want anyone to have to go through what I went through.

I went in to their shop with a badly scratched windshield. I spoke with Will and he said he would see what he could do. It was my fault the windshield was scratched so pretty much any improvement would have been appreciated.He brought it up to about as good as it could get in my opinion. Once you scratch a windshield it is never going to be 100% again but Will managed to bring it up to pretty close to 100%.He was late meeting me so he said it was on the house. He seems like a good guy and Ill definitely be taking my business to him in the future.

Went in for a tire change in an out in 45 min great job great price will do the job right. Highly professional and will be going back for more work in the future. Im in the military if new to the area and are reading this it is the place to go.

Called and arranged to get some work done. Turned up 30 minutes before they told me theyd close that day (2:30pm) and no one was there. Left a message and have called twice since over the last coupe of days. No return call and my calls always goes to voice mail. Not even sure if this they are still in business. Not a very professional experience.

Will did all the work on my RD400. Very professional, reasonably priced, and quality service.

I had the pleasure of being told about Motorcycle Service Centers and Will from a buddy of mine. I own a Ducati 1198 and started going to Will for everything. He always gives me knowledgeable advice so I can make educated decisions on the best way to dial in my bike, for me. Im a bigger guy at 64 220 llbs and he assisted me in dialing in my suspension like no other! He also set me up with brake pads, tires and all around service. The bike is in tip top shape and had never run better. Hes a little bit of a drive from me but I wont go anywhere else anymore!

Fast, efficient, good at what they do. Recommended
