My family is moving and we needed to find a storage place to keep our belongings. I was lucky enough to StorQuest online. Their website was great and moments after reserving a unit, they followed up with a personalized email thanking me for the reservation. It was then followed up by a phone call to schedule a time to look at the unit I reserved. Juan, the associate who called me, was very professional on the phone. When I met him the following morning to review the unit and get the paperwork taken care of, he was thorough and accommodating and made the process very pleasant. I came in on Sunday the day BEFORE Labor Day at the Camarillo location. The service I received was excellent, I was helped and shown a unit in a timely manner that made it able for me to get my stuff moved in and still prepare to bbq and relax with friends the next day!

This is our first time getting a storage unit, so we didn’t really know what to expect. Carol showed us the storage locker, answered all our questions, and walked us through everything before we made our decision. We went with the 4x10 because we don’t have very much stuff to store. Overall, really good experience, the staff is very sweet and helpful.

Tamara is the BeST by far. She is a wonderful manager. Carol is always super helpful. I refer when I can. This place has the BeST security and someone is always on site. If you enroll in automatic payments your access is a little later than the closing gate time. ❤️❤️❤️
