I have been to this place multiple times and the customer services is outstanding but more importantly the people that run the store are always so nice and welcoming. You dont get that weird vibe when you walk through the doors and they carry great products. I love this place

I love the selection here. Ace does a good job of taking care of your needs and pointing you in the right direction. Between their raffles and sales, you can get into some nice glass no problem. These guys do it right unlike some of the chain heady shops. There is actual heady glass here.

One day I went in to the shop looking for a drop down adapter,at first the guy helped me and showed me what I was looking for but wasnt what I wanted. So then I asked about the price just to compare to the research I did before. Then he told me this is the only price that it goes and that anywhere else it will be the same or more in price with a smirk. I told him I appreciate the help and that I can get it alot better quality,price as well as customer service at wild style smoke shop.

Anyone who knows about quality knows that shop caters to the younger, oblivious customers who don’t know about quality. I go to the boys at Zzyzx for my borosilicate needs because of their honesty and competitive prices!

I bought a vape pen for the first time and the guy who helped me gave me a full run down of everything he knew and was very helpful in getting me set up. Unfortunately I got home and found the pen was defective. I was super bummed because he got me so stoked on the product and the juices they sold me. I went back the next day and he did everything he could to try to fix it, but there was just a defect that no one could control. Despite the fact that they really cant offer any warranty on these products and dont normally take returns, the manager was nice enough to set me up with a tank that worked. I have been a customer of theirs for two years and they really took care of me even though they were in no way obligated. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
