Had a good-size ding in the door of our Prius. Checked 3 places for estimates and L&L gave us the best bid on price and time needing the car. Louie did a great job on the repair, it was on time, and at a good price. Car now looks great - we highly recommend this shop!

Avoid Happy Customs on the lake in Camas, WA (also known as L&L Auto). It’s a typical hip-pocket operation. The owner, Daniel, gives a pretty good show of getting things done, although, don’t ever expect to get a phone call or email back. He called once to tell me the paint on my motorcycle was done and to bring a check, after that, I was never able to contact him again. Once he got the check I didn’t exist. We needed to put in a supplemental claim with my insurance. He told me he’d done it twice (when I finally tracked him down in person) but State Farm did an exhaustive search and never found the claim. It cost me $175 out-of-pocket. Paint job was mediocre, didn’t match the existing colors very well and didn’t paint all of the pieces he said he was going to paint. All-in-all it was a wholly unsatisfactory experience.
