Good store and helpful staff.

I wish I couldve given zero stars, but one star is the lowest you can give so... The poor pharmacist was very red faced and I could tell she was so embarrassed while trying to explain why Walgreens was trying to charge me almost $450 for just one of my prescriptions, when they have it advertised for about one quarter of that (even though at 1/4 of the $450, its still DOUBLE what literally every other pharmacy has it listed at!). She kept repeating that Id have to call my insurance company to ask. But, since when does an insurance company tell a pharmacy to charge 4 times what their competitors charge? Nice try Walgreens. Its time to find a more convenient and honest pharmacy. Were now on a one-family Boycott of Walgreens! Be aware and ask simple questions! Buyer beware. P.S., I do feel bad for the pharmacist, for being put into this position. This is clearly corporate greed, not her fault.

This is a rating combining a 5 for the front with a 3 for the pharmacy. the 3 first : my spouse has a relatively common name with no middle name. i had to get his prescription after surgery. the pharmacist nearly handed me two medicine, which i l knew was not right. she asked my husbands middle name, which is “he doesn’t have one’ which provoked confusion while meanwhile he is in pain at home and i’m thinking ‘ ive been quarantined for the whole year im going to get covid waiting” turns out someone else here shares his name, but too close for comfort. what if i did not know what my spouse needed and brought home the wring stuff.the five is because i really hate going to pharmacies - they trigger major ptsd for me and i get followed clerks constant,y asking me what i am looking for. not here. i ]n fact, as i checked out last the lady there shared my misery with being in “recovery” from going to ikea earlier.it calmed me and it was easier for me to check out.its a good pharmacy overall, just dont expect it to be perfect offhand.

I lost an important personal item in front of the Walgreens in Washougal. When I called to find out if anyone had turned it in, Jennifer and other employees were very kind and searched the store and even out front of the store and in front of Grocery Outlet where I suspected it may have fallen out of my pocket. This was beyond the call of duty. I am very grateful and impressed.

Photos turned out great! They were quick and cheap too. Customer Service is pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a good selection of baby food and snacks. They have 2 redboxes outside that are always working. Store is always clean and well stocked.

Great staff always willing to help you...like it quite well, lots of cards to look through, easy parking nearby..

Mixed review here. The store and clerks are great. It’s always clean and the staff is willing to help in anyway possible. As with other reviews the pharmacy is lacking. Prescriptions take at least two days to refill. At least a few times a year it takes a week to two weeks to refill. And you have to call a couple times to ask about the refill. The staff is pleasant and try to be helpful. But the delivery on prescriptions is disturbing sad. When I lived in other towns, Walgreens pharmacies were top notch. Not in Camas/Washougal.

Everything a Walgreens should have plus hard alcohol, bonus. Just moved here from Oregon and its the first Walgreens Ive been in that had liquor. Staff is friendly and helpful

The service in this store gets worse everytime I visit. I will avoid shopping at this Walgreens from now on. Although it is conveniently located near my home, the poor service is not worth the short driving distance.

Pharmacy is absolute crap disorganized. Perscriptions are never ready, lucky if they are within 48hrs. The overall store is pretty good, never waiting in a long line, staff is pleasent. Other than the pharmacy workers.

The pharmacy techs are really nice and are very knowledgeable.
