I had a failure on my 3d printer heating unit. I was able to chat with Tom about solutions even though he didn’t have the part I needed.

My oven failed, so I called Electronic Control Systems and Tom came the next morning. He was very thorough, knowledgeable about electrical circuits, and was able to diagnose the issue. In the end, I decided to replace the oven and Tom went he extra mile by inspecting my replacement and helping me to install it. I highly recommend Electronic Control Systems for repair of anything electrical/electronic -- appliances, electronics, electrical switches, outlets, fixtures, etc.

I had an old game that needed a battery replaced. I called and he said that while he could do it himself, there was another business in the area that would be able to service me better. It meant a lot to me that he wasnt just looking for a quick buck and had my best interest at heart. I will definitely keep him in mind for any of my future needs. 5 stars for sure!

I called Tom and he was very helpful. He first tried to troubleshoot my problem over the phone in order to save me some time and money. I could not figure out the problem with my dishwasher and Tom was bound and determined to figure it out. He came out to our house on a Saturday night and was understanding of my time constraints.
