Rented a JD 17 excavator from here. They didnt have one in stock in Camas when I called them up. They were able to get one trucked over and delivered to my address within 2 days. Great customer service and reasonable prices. My first time using one and the guys that delivered it were very helpful giving me a rundown on the basics of how to change bucket and operations. I will definitely be going here for my next equipment rental.

This place is great! They have every equipment from big to small. The price is very affordable and competitive. All the departments have such integrity at this facility and will help out. If youre going to rent equipment and especially gradealls or boomlifts hit them up. Very affordable and very dependable equipment. Couldnt ask for a better company. I have rented from several over the years and ERS of Camas has far then exceed expectations and customer service. Day one, first load I buried the loader in a soft field. (Thought it was dry enough.) Two hours later we got it out and came up with a new route to move the dirt in. I put my guy on it and a few loads later a water main broke. Clark PUD came out and fixed it we went back to work and buried the loader again. One hour later and now working again we broke the water main in another 2 places. After all this the loader got buried even worse this time. I went to bed, the next morning we got to work on the water main and in took all Sunday to fix. I called ERS on Monday morning explained my troubles, nightmares really and they said keep it and finish up. I was able to get all our work done in the one full day that I intended on in the first place. ERS has a client for life! Its funny too because I had a machine rented with Power Rents in BG and it broke down so they referred me to ERS so that I wouldnt be stuck. (No pun intended.) LOL

I did a little tiny project in my backyard and they had the perfect size equipment.Great customer service, the service as far as hooking up your equipment to your truck is really great. The pricing is really reasonable.The only issue that I had was the dump trailer that I rented had hydraulic fluid dripping out of the lift motor compartment. But that was caused by overfilling the hydraulic fluid area there was no leaks in the actual equipment.

This was a great company prior to changing ownership. They rented me a old, P.O.S, 4x4 foklift that got stuck 10 off the pavement and then wanted me to pay for a tow after spending thousands of dollars recently.Their price might look good, but you are better off to pay a bit more and get some quality. Poor communication and poor service!

First time ever using ERS in Camas,WA for equipment and the LAST! I would advise anyone who decides to use them for their equipment to go somewhere else unless you want to get RIPPED OFF! Terry the manager is totally disrespectful and has no business being in a management position.
