I have had Karli as my stylist for a few years now and have always had great service from her. I have VERY thick and coarse hair with a LOT of grey coverage. She has worked with my hair challenges and will suggest changes if ask, but is never pushy. She is knowledgeable about color and style. On a few occasions (numerous cuts), I have not liked how a certain spot turned it and she has always been happy to correct it to my liking. She is awesome!! Love the new location....check out the beautiful boutique and all it offers.

Karli is amazing! She has been doing my hair for about 3 years and always does an exceptional job with my color and cut! The Camas Beauty Bar itself, is also wonderful. Lots of stylish items in the boutique and a fun atmosphere. I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful facial done by Madelynn. The space is modern, clean, and feels good! The receptionist was friendly and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Madelynn paid attention and was very good at communicating, all the while she kept me relaxed. She did an excellent job and the experience was very pleasant!

I am guilty of box coloring my hair, and believe me when I say its been EVERY color under the sun. I had recently tried to box color my hair close to my natural shade of ash brown and it came out almost black. I had never been to Camas Beauty Bar, always went to Portland for my corrective coloring. I saw how amazing their work was online, read the reviews, and decide to bring my mess to them to see if they could help. I met with Karli for a consultation, and I immediately felt right at home. She assessed my hair, gave me a realistic expectation of what can be done with my hair and how to get it back on track. A few days later I came back to get the job done. She worked fast, used SAFE products that didnt smell toxic, and my hair came out better than I could have imagined. I have experienced hair loss before with other salons, and I knew that with the damage I caused to my own hair it might happen... But Karli worked her magic and gave me beautiful hair. I will never trust anyone else with my hair again. I am booking my next appointment with her for a pre-wedding cut and color. Thank you Karli for giving me good hair.

After moving to Camas I was looking for a salon somewhere in the area, as driving to Portland became a hassle every time I needed to get my hair done. Camas Beauty Bar salon has high reviews and I was excited to try them out. Im only going to speak about my experience with Karli. I made an appointment for cut and color. I explained to her what I wanted and showed a picture. I die my hair natural blonde and Karli suggested to add some ashy blonde to it to which I agreed. She colored and cut my hair fast. She curled it and asked me if I liked it. I said I did, payed her and took off. When I got home and pulled my hair up it was very poorly done. I had chunks of white bleached hair on sides and it was very spotty. I washed my hair to restyle it and those bleached chunked were pulling out. My hair was burnt and looked awful. I called and left Karli a voice mail but she never returned my call until my husband called and said I was really upset and driving to Portland to get my hair redone. I couldnt go to work the next day like that. Karli called me back and said she would issue me a refund and I dont have to pay for something I dont like. I was really appreciative of that as we all know how expensive it is. Four days later I had to reach out to Karli about the refund and she said she was not going to refund me. I was astonished! Apparently, she had everything documented and when I left her salon that I liked the hair? That was my experience with Karli. Not a good professional and a dishonest person. This is not the way business should be done, especially when we live in the same small community. I wish I could give zero stars. I do not recommend this professional to anyone. Learn from my mistake - save yourself money, time and hair.
