I’ve had some storage units in the past ( as anybody), and this one’s by far my favorite. Clean, nice, in a good location. The guys up front were helpful and nice. ( I locked myself out of my own lock) lol. Thank you guys for being so cool about it. And thank you guys for being awesome !

Aaron (tall) helped me in a HUGE way. My car was stored for 9 months (thought it would be only 2 originally). The battery was dead as a door knob & AAA said it was so dead they couldn’t keep it charged so I needed a trickle battery. Aaron helped me find a way to do this and gave me pointers. Also, one day I left my unit thinking it was locked, but the latch wasn’t quite set. The wind blew it up. They called me to tell me and ask me how they could help. Very professional and friendly staff. I’m glad they’re expanding because they’ll need the extra units to hold the referrals I’ll be sending them!😂

Customer service was friendly and fast and the storage unit i got was very big for a great price in fact they had some of the best prices around plus i got my first month free. Very clean inside and outside of the units and i love the coded gate entrance and exit. I would definentluly recommend this storage vicinity to anyone looking for a place to store their belongings👍👍

I am dissappointed in hearing Jenn will be leaving the company. Upon hearing this i will be moving out of my storage and following her as i did when she left Vancouver location. You guys will never find somone like her again. I am saddened but happy for her future endeavors. The customer service she gave and the knowledge she has is the best. I will miss this location. But finding good customer service is hard to come by which is why i am leaving and storing elsewhere. Thank you

The Aarons (yes, there are two) at CubeSmart Camas really helped me out both picking a cube and transferring to a larger one once my needs changed. I would recommend checking it out if you need storage in the Vancouver or Portland area.

When we needed a storage unit we called several companies. Cubesmart’s prices were very competitive. However, the biggest reason we choose Cubesmart was because of the professionalism and quality of customer service of the office staff, Aaron and Andrew provided. They were knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to explain our storage options. In today’s world, excellent customer service can be hard to come by, but not at Cubesmart Camas. I would highly recommend Cubesmart Camas for your storage needs and with Aaron and Andrew you can rest assured that will be a good hands.

The unit rental process was quick and easy. Very fast and well designed reservation site made the whole process painless.

The security gate opening and closing times was a problem . Able to enter my storage before closing but locked us in the storage exit gate. Called the numbers listed but no one responded to our call. Another customer also was locked inside the gate exit . We had to leave our cars inside their driveway overnight. The 24 hour access by the other customer was denied and also was locked in . Waited almost a hour before we got a ride home and no contact with local manager . Spoke to manager the next day the office opened . There was no empathy or apology. No credit for the inconvenience and lack of customer support. I hope no one will experience the nightmare my daughter and the other family experienced .

Currently Im a new user to CubeSmart, but my initial impressions are that its way better than the Public Storage location I used to use. CubeSmart is new, so everything is shiny and nice! Each entrance has two push carts available to ferry your belongings to/from storage. This is a huge plus for me!The staff member was was friendly and helpful when I showed up with my UHaul of stuff to move in the first day. I really like how clean this place is. Security feels ample, requiring codes to enter and exit the main facility as well as entering each door entrance. There are plenty of cameras around, so it makes me feel safe storing my extra belongings there.The price is right, the previous storage I was using got really expensive and raised my rates frequently. Im hoping CubeSmart doesnt do that to me, but time will tell. So far Im a happy customer!

Secured and VERY clean--from their store front, to their hallways, storage spaces, and their restrooms! Staff is very friendly and professional. Theyre really great about also going through and checking that you secured your storage space. My husband inadvertently didnt lock our storage space correctly a week ago so it was unlocked. Their manager promptly called my husband to inform him of this as well as ensured him he placed extra diligence in watching it via their security cameras until he came back and locked it securely. Im sOoOo glad my husband discovered this place!

Great customer service, new and extremely clean. Inside units are climate controlled, I think supposed to be between 60 and 80, but to me appeared air-conditioned, always the same temperature. I had to rent 2 units for my moving needs. They are very friendly, helping and flexible about move-in, move-out. I would rent again if I need.

New storage area in Camas that is sorely needed. Ive was a long-time renter it two other storage areas 6th Street Storage and Iron Guard Storage. CubeSmart customer service was head and shoulders better than the other two and Iron Guard on-site management was actually rude to where I felt I was imposing on them.

Great storage place! Easy to reserve and move in, easy access, and easy to move out. Very helpful staff, and they keep the place very clean. Highly recommend if you need storage for a few months or long term.

This place is amazing! Such friendly staff, the storage are huge and for affordable prices. Customer service is also amazing. I would highly recommend this place. So glad we changed from our other storage. In the storages they have a small light that’s actually pretty bright to see into your unit. The staff is always checking on you to make sure you’re doing good. Easy bathroom access, one way in, one way out. Security is amazing here. Victor gave us an amazing introduction. Not only was he funny, kind, he was very informative and helped us select the best storage for us.

The indoor units were clean (no weird smells), the employees were always helpful even offering us cold bottled water when we were moving in and out! The Manager was very nice and accommodating. Great customer service! I would highly recommend them. I have utilized Public Storage and U-Haul Storage in the past 6 months in Vancouver. Public Storage people are always grumpy andU-Haul storage employees are indifferent and too busy running around to efficiently help customers. Cube smart is now my go to!

Victor the onsite manager is GREAT.Unfortunately the property (while I rented in March/April 2020) lacked a complete fence around the property. There are gaps in the fence on both sides of the main in/out vehicle gates. Paying for secure storage should include a fence with no gaps in it. The investors behind the property apparently care more about collecting rent than finishing their project.While the first month is free, you are still hit with plenty of admin fees and mandatory insurance which arent disclosed prior.All-in-all, a clean and friendly place to store stuff that you can check out after hours without an appointment -- just walk right in!

A well organized and VERY responsive staff at last!Ive have been renting two 10 x 20 storage lockers.at the Camas CubeSmart for the past 8 months. The grounds and storage lockers are perfect. Ive never seen better.The office staff, however, constantly presented me with confusing changes to the billing amount, and keeping the billing date the same for both lockers was a continuous challenge. I began looking for a new storage locker company.On April 14th, all of that changed. Jenn Cranmore arrived... and the confusion and disarray turned to discipline and structure.Jenn had no idea of the chaotic office staff that preceded her. We spent a day or two sorting everything out, Jenn came up with a billing solution, and I am convinced that, under Jenns management, GM 5097 will be a pleasure to work with.She is very effective at understanding an issue, and coming up with solutions that are good for both customer and company!

I am a Flight Attendant, currently furloughed due to the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic.When the pandemic first started, I was based in Seattle, Washington, but I commuted to my home in South Texas when I was not flying/working. Long story short, after our country shut down, I was immediately sent home to South Texas.Since March, I remain furloughed. I have been unable to return to the Pacific Northwest to gather my belongings, then transport said belongings to my home in South Texas, all due to the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic. I was becoming increasingly concerned about my personal belongings left behind, even though a small amount.Enter CubeSmart Self Storage and Baylie at the Camas, Washington location! I was able to obtain a storage unit, sign my storage agreement, assign someone to move my belongings into said unit, and that was it! SO EASY!I now have the comfort and peace of mind, knowing that my belongings are now kept safe, which are now stored securely until I can return to Washington State and retrieve those belongings!I highly recommend this facility for anyone who may need a storage facility, no matter the size.Baylie, my contact at the Camas, Washington location, has been AMAZING.In my opinion, she is an asset to the CubeSmart Self Storage Corporation!
