Awful experience!!! For 15 years this UPS store has been my shipping hub. It is apparently under new ownership and they are not nice. Today I went in to ship my Irish 93 year old grandmother a birthday present to Dublin. It was an awful experience. The woman who helped me (whom I will not name out of kindness) had no idea how to ship my package. I gave her the address in writing (so no spelling errors on my part) and she repeatedly told me she could not find the destination. 4 times she told me this. While I was waiting for her to go through the system, I witnessed two individuals being treated rudely by the male representative (whom I will not name out of kindness). Both customers asked reasonable questions and were dismissed. Both customers left unhappy and swearing under their breath. Once my representative found the address we went through the whole “what’s in the package, how much is it worth, name and phone number of the recipient, would you like to abandon it if they can’t find the address” Then she put the address in the screen for me to confirm. It was missing the country and the postal code. I told her, I think you need to put the postal code. She became annoyed. “If you want me to”. She added the postal code. Then I stated I think you need to add the county (number 18). Which again she was annoyed and did so. The cost of the shipment was over $300!! I then asked why doesn’t the address say Ireland? She stated it’s because the postal code tells them Ireland. Then I stated, but you didn’t have the postal code in there till I asked you. I asked if she is use to shipping international (thinking we could get help from the manager to figure this out). I promise I asked it nicely and never raised my voice. She was very rude and said I do this everyday. I then asked if there was a manger that I could speak to. Came over is the same male that was rude to the two other customers. I explained that I am trying to ship this to Ireland and she doesn’t seem to know how to do so. She then stated “well, I don’t know Ireland, I’ve never been there and I’ve never shipped there before. I am just filling in what the system asks me.”She then said, “I show you the address to make sure it’s right”.And I stated that’s what I am doing and it isn’t right and you are upset with me for changing things. Then I made the fatal mistake. I asked what the IE is in the address. I had never seen it before in pass shipments and it wasn’t apart of the address I gave her. At that point the male said “it seems you do not trust us, you can take your package and go”. I said “it’s not that I don’t trust you, I still want to ship with you. Its just this is the first time I have had someone not find the address after several attempts and then to get the address wrong several times. It’s important to me that this $300 shipment gets there. In response he slid the package back to me and told me to go somewhere else. So I left and will take my package to their competitor. I miss the old ownership.
Pulled up exactly 5 minutes before the posted closing time with a prepackaged, pre-labeled, ready-to-go package that I was hoping to drop off. — The door was unlocked, I opened the door and wa promptly greeted with “uhh..we..are closed”. I apologized first then told the employee that I was just dropping off, that it was ready to go and I didn’t need a receipt, followed by “can I leave this with you?” To which the guy pictured, who was now coming around the counter and approaching the security gate, reply’s “uhh…no. We’re closed.” As he began pulling the gate closed in between us. Instinctively I ask “wait…really?” Staring at me as though he’d never seen a human before, he mutters “yeah”.Any number of alternatives would not have led to this review. Even telling me the computers were already shut down, so it will take a few minutes - would have led me to saying “don’t worry about it” and coming back tomorrow. Ultimately it was the completely lack of concern for a customer combined with the blank stares and impersonal responses that led us here.Here’s a good coaching moment for the UPS Store on 34th management team. In the mean time I’ll give it six months before I give the store on 34th another whirl.

Went there to print important documents and there computer set up was not working and customer service could care less had to drive to camas Because of bad customer service never will use them again.
I have spent 30 minutes trying to figure out if this location offers 24 hour access to mailboxes and sadly am disappointed in the amount of effort I have to spend to not have an answer to my question after so long searching and researching! Disgusted!
I have written to your store called WintShop on Amazon, they always leave me with excuses, I already spoke with Amazon and Fedex and they told me that they gave them a refund for a package that was lost and you still have not returned the money. Will I have to proceed with the law?
The kids that work in this store are completely clueless with zero common sense. Go to USPS or anywhere other than this place.
I initially thought I had a problem tracking the UPS tracking number, but the store showed me that it was actually a USPS tracking number. The clerk was very helpful.
This is more of a review of the Regional Manager named Praveen than the store itself. Since the start of the pandemic I have been to this UPS Store at least 6 times buying $17 laptop boxes to send computers out now that everyone is working remote. The gentleman that is usually working has been extremely helpful and taped things closed and just been generally cool. With Praveen there today I got no such treatment and felt like I was getting nickel and dimed because everyone had to be by the book. These UPS stores are small local businesses and should have the autonomy to do the little things that foster relationships, if I wanted the bureaucratic red tape treatment I would go to the post office. I went out of my way to buy more expensive laptop boxes here instead of Amazon because I liked the store, now Im not sure I will ever go back.
This location is hit or miss. It used to be great but recently when I go in to pick up packages they don’t seem to know where they are. After a few minutes of back and forth they are finally located but before that I often get told they’re not there. I repeat myself and share my phone with email and text confirmation and only then do they do a thorough search around the area behind the counters. It’s pretty frustrating as a customer. I’ve even changed my UPS my choice profile to discontinue having packages sent there. It’s too bad because it’s the closest to my residence. Please do better!
I needed a notary and I went online to see the hours of the notary and was guided to schedule an online appointment. I showed up for my appointment only to be told the Notary was not in. It is a walk in service only. However the hours listed on the website are inaccurate. What a waste of time!
People there are VERY helpful
This site is the UPS Store closest to me so I use it on a fairly regular basis. I dont typically ship anything large or odd... just run-of-the-mill packages. With most shipping stores, lines get long and flow can get bogged down from time to time. Nothing different with this store, but I feel like the staff does an exceptional job to keep things moving.
I recently had this UPS store wrap and ship something breakable for me. I have had them wrap and ship multiple breakable things for me over the years. Unfortunately this time the item arrived at its destination broken. I had the person I sent it to take pics of it broken in the packaging. I took my shipping receipt and the pics on my phone to the UPS store. They had me send a quick email to them and within a week I had the insured amount and my shipping refunded to me. Great customer service! I will definitely be shipping through them every time!
I had a very nice experience at this location, way better than others! An employee named Stephen was very friendly and helpful. He tried his best to help me as much as he could even though they were very busy. My favorite location and I will continue to ship here in the future as long as they keep great employees like him working!
If there a way to give negative stars to the over weight bloke with white hair I’d give it to him.Here’s the deal. I spent over $200 to ship my laptop to my head office back east only to find that it hadn’t been received. Tracing it back via UPS, I find it was returned to this facility.When I rang him, he acknowledged they made an error sending and it came back and I sent it off again. It turned out it took 5-days! He refused compensation for the delay and hung up on. Rang back he did the same thing. I will never go back.Worst customer service ever.I’d rather buy a plane ticket and deliver a parcel myself before I’d even consider using this store.
Weve rented a mailbox at this location for almost five years. When ownership changed recently I was concerned. Ive had the pleasure of working with the new store manager Hayden on numerous occasions and she is absolutely fabulous. It obvious she cares about and puts her customers first. Very pleased with the overall service of this location!
I had some beautiful rather large banners made at this UPS Store. They designed them for me and they turned out awesome. They were also on time. This store does a lot more than just shipping, they do printing of all sorts. Give them a try, I had a good experience and you probably will as well!
Hayden ALWAYS made this place fun to visit while doing my shipping business when I lived in Vancouver!! Professional, bright and cheery. And shes pretty, too.
Ive used this UPS store many times. I drive past two other possible shippers to use this store. I can rely on their service. Its quick, friendly and professional. All of the staff knows what they are doing and their service is as quick as possible.
A great store! I have had my mailbox there for almost 10 years now and they have always taken great care of all my shipping needs. The managers are friendly and all their staff always makes me feel welcomed. I also like that the owners/managers hire some younger kids to help them out and give them a chance in the work force.

This UPS Store is so much more than shipping. I use them often to print color documents or training workbooks. They are quick, generally 24 hours, and neatly stacked in order when I arrive to pick them up. The staff is always friendly and polite. Great services!
I have had generally good service from these people and recommend them. Ross the manager has been very helpful regarding printing documents. The junior salespeople have been generally competent and helpful. They offer good service and good prices.
What a disappointment. We are in transition (renting temporarily) and thought this would be a good way securely get our mail while we wait to move into a permanent home. We paid for a mailbox and they returned my packages and mail because my last name is different from my husband’s. It was obvious on all the yellow mail forwarding barcoded strips from USPS that I share the same old address as my husband. All they had to do was call him and ask. Instead, they sent my mail and packages back ‘return to sender.’ The whole point was we thought this would be a safer and more reliable way to get mail. Now we are stuck with them until we go through change of address process again. What a hassle.
Went in there to get my and my husbands will notarized. The notary lady told us to wait by the stand thats in the middle of the store. She was speaking quite loud, no privacy and everyone was listening. She said we needed a form called Short Form for Notary from State of WA and she was unable to notarize and sign the documents without it. We said to her that will look it up and come back. Went home and searched on Google for the form that she was talking about but there were several different forms with specific wording that you had to choose from. So I called the UPS Store, about 10 minutes after we left, and a gentleman answered. I asked to speak with a Notary lady. I heard the male worker telling her politely that she had a phone call. She said loudly and rudely Who is it? The male worker said there was someone that needed help with notary. She refused to get on the phone and told him take a number and she would call back. I explained to the worker that I was just there about 10 minutes ago and needed her help to explain exactly what form she needed. He tried to explain that to her, but she kept telling him its called Short Form for Notary. Again, there are several of those with different wording. I didnt want to come back and its a wrong form. The male worker apologized and said he could not help me. So I called Postal Annex and explained my situation. The lady was surprised and confused why the UPS Store was not able to help me. I went to PostalAnnex, the lady looked at my documents, didnt need any additional forms from me. Had two stamps that she stamped on my documents and signed it. It was easy, took her 2 minutes to do her job, no issues and even stated that The UPS Store couldve provided me with the form themselves if they didnt have the addition required stamp in place of the form. With that said, I am very happy that I was able to find PostalAnnex and will be doing my future business with them and their happy, kind and customer service oriented staff.
They do an alright job depending what you are doing and which clerk you get. Don’t get Chris as he will mess the order up, mislabel things, and then say it was miscommunication on your part. I’m notifying Ashley, his manager, of the gross incompetence received today.
Very friendly staff. Both members jumped up to help me at the counter. Excellent disposition. Clean store, door wide open, very inviting.
Ive used this store several times to mail packages to the grandkids with no problems. They are courteous and knowledgeable and even when busy, the wait isnt long.
My experience with this UPS store has been excellent. Any time I have needed last minute help with a work project, the staff have been extremely helpful. I go out of my way to visit this location, because I know I will get the support I need right away!
Ross and his staff are outstanding! I have had many projects printed and its always done in a timely fashion with such a great attitude. We will continue to use their services for many projects to come!

After having a couple of different employees start to help and take off to help others, one employee finally though it might be a good idea to actually stay with me and finish shipping the package. After a bunch of questions that were obvious on the package itself (if he had just bothered to look) he double charged me for the package and charged way more than is reasonable for the service I was asking. He gave me a frequent shopper card. I informed him that with how poor they were at customer service that I come in once every 5 years when I have no other options, tore up the card and threw it away.Its like going to the DMV. You have to do it once in awhile, but you dont like it and cant wait for it to end.
I have always had great service there. I have my business cards done there for my business when every I run out. They get them done quickly and the staff always has a smile and are very helpful.

Terrible experience! I wanted to send 3 pkgs each containing a ham in cooler with cold packs-going to the Midwest-plan was to send them with overnight delivery. The charge for this would have been approx $200 each-$600 total!I I was told that’s because there’s little service to the Midwest which I find ridiculous! I ended up paying $158 with delivery being 5-6 days later. As it turned out they did not actually deliver these until 2 weeks later and of course, the hams which I also paid $200 for were spoiled! I went to speak with someone at this store and was told they couldn’t be delivered due to a snowstorm-which of course was not true as Ichecked with people living in those locations and was told there had NOT been a storm! By the way these were going to separate cities that are approx 4 hours apart (by car). That’s just too coincidental!! Also, they should be able to drive in the snow living in a area that routinely gets snow in the winter months. So now I’m out almost $400! The response I received was “I’m sorry”. Maybe someone there can afford to throw away that amount of money, but I can’t! I was told to call UPS customer service, was on hold for over 30 minutes-when I finally got through to someone she apologized, but said I would have to take care of it through the store I mailed the packages out from. An AWFUL and EXPENSIVE experience. I will NEVER go there again!!
I stopped off at The UPS Store the other day on a whim. Its very difficult being a small business owner, having to wear all of the hats, marketing is my priority right now. I needed some guidance on possible marketing tools. Ross was so gracious and directed me to the expert in his store who sat down right then with me. We talked about possible marketing ideas and she said she would get back to me with lay outs. Sure enough, the next day she had some amazing ideas and graphic designs! I would highly recommend Ross, his crew, and The UPS Store in Camas!

Went in to mail 2 shirts, picked up 2 white large envelopes that said $1.89 each. I looked at receipt and I was charged $4.99 per envelope! I asked the associate who helped me if that price was right, he said yes our new owners have not changed the prices that are on the shelves! Highwayrobbery being charged $10.00 for 2 white large envelopes! Not happy with whomever the NEW owners are! 😡
I mailed the same items for my small business here regularly. Unfortunately today I went in and was told that the price I paid every single time before for USPS was increased due to new management. Instead of paying $2.70 Id be paying $5. Unfortunately I will no longer be using this store for my shipping needs. Bad business.
They charged me $22 to bubble wrap my 5x7 picture frame in a box five times the size.These guys are a train wreck. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Exasperating. All I can say. Im mystified how this owner keeps this franchise. UPS is a great company, but this location is a mess. As an independent business person, Ive relied on box rentals for years. These guys just cant seem to get it right. Tons of employees but service is ridiculously slow.
Went to drop off my USPS pre paid shipping package to be sent out as I have done at many other UPS stores, and this one says theyve made changes to their policies, and no longer accept USPS prepaid packages. Seems odd being that they are a UPS store, and since all of the others do accept prepaid USPS packages.
DO NOT go to this ups store! Managers are very unfriendly and unwilling to help. The employee who helped me, filled out my form wrong and my shipment got delayed at customs. They pushed all fault onto us and said we should have known the process of sending internationally. Worst customer service ever.
