Needed two tires while I was traveling. They were able to get me in and out with a great price. Would shop here again for tires.

I went to this WalMart two times in the last week and there were only two to three auto technicians working and I had to walk away from their service offering two times because of the excess time it would take. Both times I just needed my tires rotated and they estimated 1.5 to 2 hours each time even when I was the only vehicle needing tire service. What really miffs me the most is all the support our local business campaign but then local business doesnt up their customer service. Ill definitely be going to Columbus for any automotive work I need done or at least Zanesville.

Employees are friendly and swift in service. Im always satisfied with my vehicle maintenance. The only place I would go to for car care.

Go here for oil changes and tire rotations. Their service though really depends on who is working and how many guys they have at any given time. But it does make it easier when you need grooves and need to get your vehicle serviced.

I bought 8 tires for my 2 cars. There was a tire sale going on and I caught the tire place just right where there were no other cars there and they got on my one car like a bunch of locusts. Had me in and out in no time. Car # 2 took just a little longer.

Had great customer service! Had 4 new tire put on. Was in and out in just over 1 hour.👍

What a wonderful experience. Friendly, helpful, informative, honest and kind. Ive been there twice in less than a week and I couldnt have had a more pleasant experience. After Millers oil and lube jacked up my oil change they were beyond helpful and friendly doing all they could for me, they are the BEST! The service manager helped me on both occasions and I can express how much I appreciate it.

So on 2/13/2020 I bought 4 new tires, had an oil change and new wipers put on. I had an appointment but it still took almost 3 hours. Today my tires were making a bumping noise so I took it back. I did not have an appointment. It took another 3 hours for them to balance the tires. Nobody let me know when my car was finished and I sat there for another 15 minutes. I even asked about it. Very slow service at the Cambridge, Ohio store.

The service was amazing however I feel if you purchase tires from them the balance and mount should be for free.Update: It has not even been 6 months since I bought these tires and Ive already had to replace them. Needless to say I did not buy from Walmart again. If you want good cheap tires buy them offline more money is not always better. Spent $500 and didnt last 6 months. Im not happy

My car broke down a week after my oil change. I had to have it taken to another place and have the filter replaced and new oil put in. The other place, I’ll leave unnamed, stated there was never an oil change performed at Walmart and the car broke down because it had been so long since the oil was properly changed. I do not recommend visiting this auto care center. I paid $50 for a premium oil change and got a broken vehicle in return.

Service is great and most the time fast and friendly. some time the wait is really long but i understand because ive worked on cars and understand oil changes or just one tire can take 15-30mins or longer if any complications pop up. but all the way around the guys in the shop at walmart are great and try there hardest to get the work done as fast and as best as they can

Hours of waiting and a very aloof and downright rude and condescending staff. I talked to someone for maybe 5 seconds before she took off and pulled in my car (2.5 hours for an oil change). After 5 other cars were in and out (there was only one there when I came in), I asked how much longer it would be on mine. They couldnt give me an answer and talked to me like I was some impatient child. Dirty waiting room full of annoyed people for almost 3 hours was not a good experience. They also left their phone ringing the whole time!

Worst ever on service. Was told a two hour wait for a tire balance. Watched as it took 2 to 3 employees around 20 minutes to change oil on 1 car. After that i left. I want to know how it takes that many people to do a one person job that should take no more than ten minutes tops and that is with an engine flush. Seems to me walmart needs to actually hire people that know what they are doing and that have more professionalism.

Tried to get my oil changed in my car, they close at 6pm took it in at 5 soon as I pulled up the girl said “it smells like you have a gas leak” WHICH I know I do not. They were just lazy and didn’t want to change it.

Was relatively cheap. customer service was a 3 out of 5. Ask them to check brakes they forgot. Ask them for tire rotation they forgot and asked me after they already had put the tires back on. Took forever

Waiting area was filthy, someone walked all over the seating. Plus its always a hassle to deal with the professional mechanics

Horrible!!! I go there at 6 remind u they close at 7 I ask for a oil change and he tells me we close at 7 u can go to the shop and get an oil change I said exactly u close at 7 I just need a normal oil change not the most expensive one the least expensive one which consist of literally changing my oil and adding a new filter and he told still go to a shop just the most horrible experience and rude

Waited a looooooong time for anyone to help. Pressed assistance on the terminal twice. Finally called the main number from my cellphone. After 15 or 20 rings someone finally answered. Told them I needed assistance. Still took another 10 minutes for someone to appear. He didnt seem to know anyone was needing him!!!

I dont understand why I have to sit and wait on my vehicle. Marietta Wal Mart allows you to shop while you wait. I dont understand how this is a national chain but things are ran differently.
