Most of the time people will know what theyre doing. theyre super weird about not letting paying customers come into the store, and were rude to me when I didnt want to stand out in the 90 degree weather surrounded by bus stop bums to ask a question about my phone that I paid almost a thousand dollars for.

Easy to get to and able to work on problems the local MetroPCS store cant handle. Can be busy but they move the line as quickly as possible. Nice that they have a small seating area to wait in.

Friendly, professional, helpful staff. I think they have to tolerate a lot of craziness due to its location in Central Square and this takes a toll on the store and the staff. The store was under much-needed renovation the last time I was there and I am looking forward to its new look. Parking is challenging in Cambridge, but this location is right next to the MBTA red line Central Square subway station.

I have changed up my review to tell the world the honest to God truth about Metro PCS which includes this store. When you have a store that gets this many bad reviews, and your looking to purchase a new phone, upgrade, accessory? Go to Amazon Prime online and you will find a great quality screen protector for 6 or 7 bucks. Same for a case. Amazon gives you free 2-day shipping for first time buyers .This store used dirty sales tactics and I paid 70 bucks for both! But I got my refund today even though the sales associate had thrown away the empty packaging without asking. The store manager hung up on me this past Friday after I told him he was the worst manager Ive ever seen after he told me to get to the point when I was trying tell him what happened. Just go in there and look whos working there. There all hunched over starting at the walls. Zero product knowledge. They are the only Metro with a security guard....hes there to protect the crooks working there. Metro PCS outsources most of their customer service jobs in other countries and that includes its supervisors. Thats why a store manager can get away with hanging up on customers or sales associates throw away empty accessory cases so you cant return the items when you realized you got beat. What are the bosses gonna do? Jump on the next flight from India to Central square to fire anybody? They surveys are a joke. One other thing the American consumer has to know is, Metro PCS is not registered with the BBB(better business bureau), which means outside of hiring an attorney or getting the federal government to launch a probe, your simply beat. As long as your aware that you truly get what you pay for, then, find a Metro PCS in the suburbs somewhere ;the rich, entitled kids just working to please mom and dad, have no incentive to lie to you or upsell anything for a lousy beat commission. These kids are actually smart, and take pride in being smart and want to show off their product knowledge because doing it any other way is just stupid. That is my honest to Gods opinion.

Horrible staff.The service is horrible.Every time Ive had to deal with that see I felt more like a victim than a customer. Fees change depending on the employee. A company as big as Metro should either how salespeople with more integrity or pay them enough so they dont have to nickel and dime customers to pad there numbers.They lost me to a company I have even worse.

Their attendant could care less for their customers. I went there, added my name to their computer, had a sit and waited for my turn. They looked at me and they never bothered to ask me how can I help you! They were talking among themselves.

That company lacks serious people and being able to know how to solve simple problems such as buying a phone and it turns out bad and being able to comply with the guarantee, I have fifteen days trying to get my phone changed and I have not been able to solve, they always have an excuse, poor people and what a bad company .....
A wait of at least 20 minutes and did not have the cell phone I wanted, the next day I attended, just wait with 20 minutes and buy another cell phone
