Shawn was very helpful with helping me choose a gaming headset. Then when i took it home and found it not working right he quickly replaced it with a upgraded model.

I take my 4 year old there often. He likes to get anything funko. The guys in there are great and super cool to my little guy. Usually find a good deal on the things he likes to collect.

I went to this gamestop, spent over and hour driving there because their website shows inventory in stock of something I want. I called ahead, they confirmed they had it. Upon arrival they couldnt find it and shrugged... 3 employees working in Shawns (manager) gamestop and im assuming 1 was a dm or rm because of the attire... no one would help me, and they didnt care their inventory is off. They should be reported to the B.B.B. and fined.

Good guys there who will help you out to the best of their capabilities. Decent prices on popular consoles but a bit pricey on less common items.

Got some pretty good games at a real good price.

I put a hold on an Xbox and they sold it, but I ended up with more than I would have got for the same price. So they made up for the mistake. Overall Im happy.

I go to a couple of game stop stores,each has its own vibe. The DS and Ds3 games could be better positioned, I am not a crawl on the floor person. I do love Game Stop though.

Ive spent a lot of money and thought more of this place until we started trading some of their merchandise back to them. Greedy.
