On 7/25/2021 at 8:45pm I arrived to the photo center for a passport photo to be taken. Website says photo services close at 10pm. No one is at the photo center but the lights are on so the cashier calls for assistance but no one comes. He then goes to the back and returns informing me that the photo employee says I have to come before 9pm. I say its now 8:50pm so the cashier goes to the back again and brings out the photo services employee. This employee tells me he closes the photo center at 9pm. I tell him its 8:50 and that I arrived at 8:45. I asked him how long it takes for a passport photo to be taken and he says 5 minutes. He then says I need to come back another day. I understand employees wanting to close early but I believe that is against corporate policy and I will not recommend anyone else to attend this location.

Curbside is very convenient and efficient. I enjoy browsing the Walgreens app for deals and picking them up at this location. They tend to have more items in stock then most other locations.

Coupled with the store ap, you can get great deals. Pharmacy has shorter wait times then bigger stores.If you like holiday nicknacks they have unusual items all the time.

The staff is friendly and helpful.Usually have stock available for ad they run.

Worst Pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Refused to check, over the phone, how much I would have to pay for a Flu Shot. Basically said they were couldnt check over the phone. When I said cant or wont I was put on hold, then picked up by someone who refused to tell me the name of the pharmacist that I had spoken to, put back on hold. Then told again they wouldnt look up my insurance and cost for a flu shot. Need to get some more help in the pharmacy or just a new Pharmacist.

I just left this store and I just have to right a review. The cashier, Connie, was down right rude!!

Great customer service by the regulars that work here. I coupon here and they are always helpful when the digitals don’t work or attach. Very friendly cashiers and managers.

Rudest pharmacy employees I’ve ever had to deal with there employees up front are very nice and Always try to help but in pharmacy is a different story they all act like it’s a issue to help get your medication I’m taking my business elsewhere and highly recommended everyone else to do the same

I just want to make you aware of a wonderful experience I received from this store/pharmacy in Cambridge MD, first off I had a horrible day at work, very stressful connecting with people that did not do there job. Towards the end of my day I contacted this Cambridge store and spoke with Monica as I had a few questions regarding my prescription, after she asked a few questions she asked if I can give her about 30 min and call her back, I then was thinking the worst at that point thinking my typical day nobody is going to have answers and do there work. Well I am delightful to say that when I called back I was totally surprised that there are people that are polite, professional, and prompt, I am talking about Monica and staff in the pharmacy, This meant so much to me that I had to connect with someone to make aware, also it changed the end of a bad day around for the better. It was a great end to a bad day. People like this that do there job well should be commended. and that is the reason why I continually shop at your Cambridge MD Walgreens. Not only that but every time I go in this store as I work around the corner Im in there often it is very clean and have a friendly professional staff but today ensured me that every star was well deserved, the star on this particular day was Monica
