Cambridge office is super fast and amazing - shipments cleared in less than half hour. London office, likes to take their time despite being told that driver is stuck at border, even after the three hours a broker requires I am being told they have to set up planned shipments before they can do this one. I guess drivers time is just collateral damage. Normally very happy when Link is the broker, but if its the London office, may as well just go with livingston.5 stars is for the cambridge office.
