Delicious food! Indoors is quiet and comfortable, with nice decor. Professional service, the owner is a really kind gentleman.P.S.: And very reasonable price, by the way.
We had a great time at this restaurant: the food was delicious and plenty. The place is very authentic, warm and comfortable. The owner is a supernice gentleman, very helpful, kind and professional.
Absolutely amazing food! Cozy atmosphere and low prices. Will 100% come back.
Everything was super tender, I loved it. Choose the potteries and youll get a nice show
The food is terrible. We couldnt eat either the beef or the lamb chops. Is was inedible and microwaved. The ayran is store both.
Overrated (angry). I took lamb chops and beeftek, both like rubber, and prices are a bit higher that other fancier restaurants. You can hear microwave from kitchen which means food is not fresh. I dont recommend!
It is a good little restaurant that serves Turkish pizzas, pottery kebabs and so on. The food tasted really nice and were not expensive at all. This place is recommended for a casual meal.
Cozy place that’s been around for 30+ years. Must eat while in Cappadocia - clay pot kebabs.Great depth of flavor and service from the owner,. Portion size might be small for typical “American” but flavor more then makes up for it. If you want volume/filler, then go to McD’s, otherwise highly recommend for an authentic food.
Pottery kebab is delicious. Serve with salad, rice, bread . End up with tea.not too expensive, 45 TLR for chicken pottery kebab.
My wife and I both loved this little restaurant serving authentic traditional Turkish dishes. We were just coming back from a long, cold, and wet day (we were here in December) of hiking in the Ihlara area so we were starving and craving something warm. When we arrived there were a lot of used claypots stacked outside the establishment; each claypot had messages (and heart symbols) written in various different languages, which meant that the restaurant was well-loved by many others before us. As we walked into the restaurant we were greeted by a softly-spoken, elderly gentleman whom we assume to be the owner. You can tell that he had worked hard to learn some English so he can greet his guests. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and cozy, and had a very homely feel. In the center of the the space was a traditional wood heater, so we took the table right next to it. The menu was short and sweet, which was a godsend because we were in no mood to be bombarded with infinite choices. We ordered the lamb claypot, mixed salad, mushroom chorba (soup), the tavuk sac tava, turkish chay (tea), and rice pudding. As we waited for the food we were served soft, white bread and pickle chilli peppers. On the walls we saw photos of the old gentleman with some of his guests, it was immediately apparent that he made time for his guests, and they loved him for it. Youll also notice that in some of the photos, he was a lot younger, which meant that he has been around for a very long time. The food was amazing: the Lamb Claypot was bubbling hot and the sauce gushed out like a geyser when the gentleman cracked it open. The sauce was incredible and perfectly seasoned; the meat was also perfectly cooked. The lamb was served with rice and a side-salad of shredded lettuce, carrots, and pickled red cabbage, and was delicious with the sauce, which was so good we had to lap it all up with the bread. The Sac Tava (also served with rice with slices of tomato) was very tasty and moreish, I could eat that all day. The mushroom soup was delicious, however I wouldve liked to see some pieces of mushroom in it, the mixed salad was a simple combination of diced tomatoes, cucumbers, green pepper, shredded lettuce, and some herbs. Finally, the rice pudding: this was served cold, which was not expected, but it was very delicious, it wasnt like the rice pudding I had when growing up, it was light yet creamy and the sweetness was just right. Overall, we both really enjoyed our experience at S&S, we hope others will too.
Excellent service. Staff is very helpful. Amazing food. Definitely recommend it
Great food and easy service.
So yum!!! We stayed 2 nights in Göreme and visited this place for lunch and dinner 😎 The pottery chicken kebab was the best one I have ever had
Great staff, good food, comfortable seating
Well you can find better restaurants
Fantastic food and friendly environment
Very delicious . Must try!!
Very delicious and full of juicy meat
Nice food
Nice
We looked at the feedback. They came ... and there are no people there (vashchee 0). The wife went on. I insisted. Lets all the same know. We ordered wine and a local dish in the mountaineers. Rice and salad were served with it. The food beat the deer delicious, they didnt expect it. Price tag € 30 for two with dry wine 4 glasses plus main course in the potters + salad + rice. Excellent and delicious. And everyone brought the bistro within 15 minutes.
A beautiful small restaurant run by a very lovely owner. The food tastes amazing. Or is really underrated. Everyone has to try it. Its really made with heart. The toilets are also incredibly clean.I can only recommend it.Çok hoş bir sahibi tarafından işletilen güzel bir küçük restoran. Yemeklerin tadı harika .. Herkes denemeli. Gerçekten yemekler sevgiyle yapılır.Lavabolar da inanılmaz temiz.Gerçekten tavsiye edebilirim.A wonderful local restaurant, which is run by an incredibly nice and hospitable gentleman. The food tastes really good. Its really underestimated here. Everyone should try it out here. Everything is really prepared from the heart. And the toilets are also very, very clean.I can only recommend it.
Shrimp Jar Kebab: I wanted this to exist, but Koreans put it on the wall to recommend it. It was not like Turkish food, but it was Turkish food, not Korean food. Not bad. Chicken Jar Kebab is what chicken flavor. Both have plenty of broth. Its good to eat bread. After eating, I gave me orange for dessert. Beer is 22 big.
I definitely recommend you to try the testi kebab! Owner of a clean and friendly restaurant..
Ive got a beep and lamb mix and a shrimp. Eat shrimp was good and put a little light Champong and seafood miso pepper as taste Meanwhile, mix better not think it would be better to put a little more liver Thyssen pyeonyira powder. My grandfather served me quietly, but there were a lot of flies, but its not easy to taste it in other areas. If you want to get a quick response is also next door to the naeulji?
Nevertheless it was. Your grandfather is very kind. I took a cold and took medicine. The food was delicious too, but the shrimp kebab was the most delicious as recommended. Salt pepper If you put a little pepper powder, it is delicious. We also ate chicken soup and it was the best we had in Turkey.Great service. The host is so kind and considerate. The chicken soup and shrimp pottery kebab was lovely. (If u r intetested in korean food or love spicy food, plz try shrimp kebap with red pepper powder)
Autumn is a cozy and good cafe. Grandfather is healthy and always there. God grant that in the next years he would also be here. Everything is very tasty, we ate for two days in a row, took Testi lamb Kebap, Testi beef kebap, as well as lentil soup and tea. Come and eat calmly, do not get poisoned. The price tag is the same as everywhere else, but just do not miss.
Very tasty! Inexpensive! And a beautiful panorama. Recommend!
The soup and moussaka in the 35-pound menu was very nice, I didnt like the pilaf and the rice was low in portion but the moussaka and the soup were very satisfying.Test kebab (45 soru) was nice, let alone a question mark in your mind to be secluded according to the surrounding areas. The meals were attentive and delicious.
The ingredients are fresh and the price is cheaper than the town. I have eaten all three flavors of clay pot dishes. The chicken is tender and the beef tastes lighter. The bread is also heated (normally, cold bread is served directly in restaurants).& The restaurant ’s outfield and the chefs are all grandpa-grade. Do n’t worry if you do n’t seem to have guests. It ’s really delicious.
Delicious pots. The cost is 60-70 liras. Nice grandfathers in service. Very nice, homemade cafe. Be sure to visit!
The price is cheap and the taste is goodChicken was better than beefLooking at the reviews, I regret that I would season itI enjoyed it and made ice coffee and fresh fruit juice for dessert. The fresh fruit seems to be ground directly, but it tastes like fruit juiceI just gave me a cup of iced coffee, and then I went to the supermarket and bought a Nescafe. If its bad, Ill go out and buy it.
The place is sincere, very sweet grandfather))We took to try testi kebab lamb & beef 55 & 50 Turkish liras. It tastes nothing special, but you need to try it once because of the effective presentation)) there is also salad and rice with the meat itself, you will stay hungry))
100% recommended. In this establishment they offer you the best culinary quality according to creativity criteria, mastery of the ancient cooking technique and the flavors of this beautiful region of Göreme. The best thing is the great humility and kindness of the chef and especially Mr. Mehmet. They will surely love it.
If one pot kebab woman eating alone yiyeotda just the right amount. Good kebab meat in a pot much more than any other restaurant. Staff minute kind and tasteless beaten and had good taste and South Korea.
I do not know why this place is famous only for Koreans. I ordered a moussaka with a set menu of kebabs and other kebabs. I do not know if it is delicious, but the quantity is low and expensive compared to the value. My grandfather is kind. Not a recommended restaurant
I regret to inform you that the grandfather, who kept this institution for many years, gave Allah his soul. Five young guys came in his place. :). Polyglots (English, German, Indian, Arabic, Russian and a little Chinese). It seems that nothing has changed, even the assortment is similar, but the former charm is gone ...
Great food, good price and kind owner ... What more to ask? The food was delicious and the price was good and the boss was very nice. Please go!
It is a very nice place as a family restaurant, very quiet and peaceful, the food is delicious. Food prices are quite affordable compared to other restaurants in the see.
It was so delicious and the place where I felt the warmth of the owner and the chef. 3 times in 3 days - wine and beer
Too expensive. According to Nevşehir, they want 3-4 times the price. The place is unpretentious, and the food does not pay for the fee.
It was very nice, we went with the family, we were satisfied. Prices are more affordable than other restaurants in Göreme. The food is delicious.
The owners grandfather is kind and warm. The taste of jar kebab is basic.I order lamb and beef one by oneIt is delicious when eaten with rice, vegetables and meat.I don’t have a lot of soup, but during my long trip to Turkey, I am grateful for that.Beef, in particular, tastes like broiler sauce. It is recommended in many ways!!
