Terrible car wash. Back of my SUV was untouched below the glass. Went back staff was super nice. They said they would brush it by hand and spray before going through. Only half removed this time. Glad I did NOT get the monthly. 1 and done!

Shady employee shady service they would rather say there in nothing I can do then help. I would rather pay more at another station then come back here this used to be such a nice place what a let down. Buy gas here at your own risk.

The best costumer serves and nicest people work there. Especially that red headed casher named Kristi She’s a kick in the pants. Love her.

The employee named Eric not only stole my change but ridiculed us. Lack of professionalism from both employees.. hope they get that fixed they lost at least 3 customers tonight.. Im from the area and couldnt believe the horrible service..

Poor customer service. The older man working was very rude and disrespectful. Definitely recommend going to the new Chevron down the street.

So I unfortunately had my gas stolen by another vehicle today and when I spoke with Norm the manager he was unwilling to refund my gas and I am not in process of filing a police report and will be contacting the BBB. I recommend using another location with staff that have better customer service

This store is closed for 30 mins from 230 till 3am, and are Jerks about it! This store is not a good place to stop! Very rude !

AMPM Cameron Park OWNER might want to take a look:Sadly -Like Today, I was in the AMPM in Cameron Park Ca. where I always go to buy my stuff, food, drink, scratchers, etc. and I spend a lot of money there. I am friendly, and love the place, and nice as well as everyone else there who works for AMPM has always been towards me. I have been going for over 5 years now. Today, I was saddened as -I was not treated well by a employee who I think is new there at AMPM. I turned in my scratchers like I always do. I noticed he was angry at me as he took my scratchers, and rung up all my stuff at the other machine. Then he came back to me and in a very mean tone as I could tell he did not want to help me. Finally the anger broke in him as he then told me to go to Safeway from now on, and not ever back to his register again. I asked him in a calm manner if this was the store policy for me to now leave, and what everyone else wanted for me to leave? Then he said trying to hold back his anger; No, that it was just him, and he did not want me at his register ever again. I was saddened as I told Steven goodbye. I then told him very nicely; Thank You for doing all my stuff. I appreciate it. I then said; God bless you., and in a nice words, and a smile I then left the AMPM store. I was saddened since the other people working there are so nice to me, and I enjoyed going there. Yes, -It just takes one bad (apple), employee to ruin a whole store/place to buy food and stuff.

Your employee Eric is a rude, disrespectful, punk. Will never step foot in the store again.
