I was very blessed to be introduced to Alex Villanueva who not only but my mind at ease but he was very professional, courteous, and kept me informed of everything regarding my vehicle. Im so glad to have met him and now I have another customer service representative I can count on. I bought my first Nissan from Passport in 1993 and all other vehicles. As a matter of fact, the loaner that Alex placed me in was a very nice Nissan and maybe that will be the next car I purchase from Passport. Absolutely horrible experience with trying to buy a used car here. We were interested in a 2016 Toyota RAV4 that had been for sale for over two months. A beautiful purple color. They immediately tried to get us interested in two 2018 RAV4s, but we held firm, test drove the 2016, then went inside to see CarFax report and talk price. After first saying “no wiggle room,” the salesman went to see the sales manager, Jon Argento, then came back with a lower price. We asked about sleeping on it, coming back next day, they said No, can’t hold it for you. We said, it’s been on your lot for over two months, we’ll take our chances. Then they said that price was only good for that day. That started to sound fishy to us. Our salesman disappeared and then another salesman came over to ask if we had the key to that car, claiming he had a customer who wanted to look at it. That sounded like pure baloney to us, totally playing games with us, and we said so. We thought then about walking away completely, but we liked the car, so told salesman and manager we wanted to go for lunch (it was now 2 pm and we were cranky and hungry) and think about it on a full stomach. We filled out the initial finance form and left to find lunch. After we ate I called our salesman and told him we want it, we’re heading to a nearby bank to get the cashier’s check. He asked us to come fill out more finance paperwork first, but we said no because by then the bank would be closed. While we were at the bank he texted to ask, When will you get here? In ten minutes, we replied. Then, as we DROVE INTO he Passport Nissan parking lot, the sales manager rushed out and told us they’d sold “our” car to someone else, but he’d show us the 2018s at the same price. We were so disgusted by then that we decided to just leave. As we were driving off our salesman came out to offer us $1,000 less on a 2018. We shouted, H—- No, you are doing Bad Business, we are not giving you ANY of our money.Next morning I got an email from Passport Nissan announcing “New inventory,” and top on the list is “our” car. Obviously they didn’t sell it that other woman. I have no doubt that they are using that pretty car to draw in customers, only to connive, lie, and trick them into buying something else. It was a disgusting experience. What a terrible job that must be, lying to people for a living.

It went well. It should be noted that when I purchased the vehicle, it did not have Nissan wheel locks on the wheels. I did not know this, but Robert knew just by looking at them. I dont know why you would sell me a car with someone elses wheel locks on it, but I should have at least been informed at the time of purchase ... plus, I learned that you sold me a car that has been discontinued ... then tried to use that knowledge to talk me into buying another car from you? What kind of sales technique is that?

The worst experience of my life. I wish I never gave them my car. I had taken it to get fixed, paid nearly $700 just for it to have the EXACT same problem when I pulled off the lot. Upon taking it back for them to fix their errors, I can’t get in contact with anyone for a status on my vehicle, which has been there for a month now. I’ve left several voicemails for the service manager who never got back to me, whoever overlooks the tech is never available and never returns any of my calls, and when I somehow do get a status the tech is never there. This has been the worst experience of my entire life. At this point I don’t even know if they know how to fix the problem.

Fred the shuttle driver even took my wet sweater inside (my sunroof was leaking) and dried it. I was absolutely astonished and incredibly grateful. I couldnt have asked for a nicer and more efficient service rep than Robert Adams, who made it all go smooth as glass. I would definitely use Passport Nissan again.

So I recently trade my 2019 Altima SR for 2021. Interface started acting up 2 wks in. Then front break sensor flashes on and off daily to say not functioning properly. Finally im off work early enough to get it back to you for service. Reluctantly they have a loaner and it’s filthy inside cobwebs, pollen something white on passenger floor I didn’t notice until 30min into my drive home. Greasy door as if previous person ate in car. During the middle of pandemic mind you. So I now have to go get it cleaned myself. It’s a bit much.
I’d like to start off by saying my experience with at this location it was great. I came to get my Nissan rogue worked on and JP in the service department was awesome! He relieve me with communication throughout the process by calling and updating me with my vehicle. JP even made sure that my vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner, but also not rushed. When picking up my vehicle I wasn’t rushed to inspect my vehicle. And When I had questions about the smallest thing JP made sure he got it taken care of. John Poole, I believe is his actual name. I set the time to come and get the car and I pointed it out in email communication and the phone conversation i had with the person named Carl, i am coming to take the car of the lot and i even came 1 h before i was suppose and some one came before me and took the car infront of me and to make this even worse i drove 1 h to come to their place just so they could sell it to aomeone else that showed at their door ….. absolutely unprofessional and unbelievable rude
Carlos Mejia sold an awesome 2017 Nissan 370Z to me -- exactly what I was looking for -- it just came in so I snagged it as quick as I could as a surprise for my son! Carlos was attentive, answered all my questions, and made sure the car was detailed and full of gas. He guided me through the process efficiently so our stay at the dealership was quick, and encouraged me to call insurance right away so we could take the car home. My 2010 Nissan Murano had radiator issue. The person who gave me service, his first name Rome was nice and explained everything and delivered excellent service. Car was fixed next day. When I picked up the car and drove it home. When I arrived home I checked the car and I found out that both high and low pressure valves caps are missing. Also when the technician changed the radiator several of the black plastic cover holders are missing. The coolant over flow bottle was way over filled beyond the MAX mark I am not sure if this has any negative effect but I believe the MAx mark is there for a reason. To me it looks like some details are over looked by the technician. As a customer this dose not give me a peace of mind that and makes me wonder what other details might have been missed. For a $ 1000 repair made i did not get the level of relief and worth visiting the center. Thank you.

I had a horrible and shady business like practices with this dealership. I had inquired about a vehicle on their lot on June 12th at 8:34am and worked with Parul their internet Manager. I had inquired about the price, agreed to the price, but never heard back from the finance department to FINALIZE my purchase at the end of their business day on Saturday. I called on Monday June 14th at 9:45am in the morning...ONLY TO FIND THAT THE VAN HAD BEEN SOLD. I have no idea how a car dealership sells a vehicle after being opened for 45 minutes on a Monday morning. Confused and severely aggravated I asked my sales manager, Phil, to tell me what happened to my deal and all I was told was First come first serve..., UHM SIR I WAS FIRST ON SATURDAY, or least I thought I was! There was no mentioning to me that any other party was interested in purchasing this vehicle. This was one of the worst customer service experience Ive ever had with, completely left in the dark and a complete waste of my time.

Well i discover that the were at lot of things i needed repaired on my vehicle, but there wete sime parts that i replace that were brand new and i was told they were need to replaced which left a bad taste in my mouth with the high pricing. Very poor service. Took my car in for a recall was told the part will be in a few days and someone will call me, two weeks late no call. It took another week and half just get service advisor on the phone smh

About a year ago squirrels chewed up some of the wires in my truck. I went through insurance and the repairs were done by Passport for about 1/4 of the value of the truck. I didnt have much input into this because my insurance company was managing the issue. This year, squirrels chewed on wires again but the damage was far less extensive so I just took it to Passport myself rather than going through insurance. At first, they wanted to charge $2500 to replace the whole wiring harness even though only 2 small wires were damaged. When I asked them just to repair the damaged wires they said they could do that for $1500. After some back and forth they came down to about $950 and said that was as low as they could go so I decided to just fix it myself. I ordered all the tools and supplies online and $60 (including the tools) and 30 min worth of work later the truck is fixed and running perfectly. So basically, they wanted to charge me $950 for 30 min worth of work. Unless your car is under warranty and being fixed for free, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I can honestly say the manager Ryan Roberts made my first visit pleasant. I was supposed to receive my car on Monday and got it Tuesday and they forgot to wash my car. I told them and they cleaned it right away. Overall experience was good.
This is a complaint about the service that I received at the Passport Nissan (Camp Springs Location). I went there on March 29 and inquired about either a certified pre-owned pathfinder or 2020 pathfinder. I had my 10 month old daughter with me so I told them I could come back on March 31 for an appraisal. I got to the dealership at 5:30 and immediately the salesperson said “You’re here to buy tonight”. I said “No, I was told I can come get the appraisal which should take about 30 mins and then we can talk used/new based on what my trade-in value is.” His attitude instantly changed. He took my keys, and then left. Came back in 10 mins with my keys and then said “The guy who did your appraisal is busy so I’ll call you. Since I thought you came here to buy”. I never heard from Passport regarding my appraisal and I have been coming to your location with great service for years. So since I didn’t EVER hear from your office, I ended up getting on Cars.com and going to Herb Nissan (Silver Spring location) where they took the time to actually treat me like a customer. I purchased a 2018 Pathfinder Platinum (Certified Used) on April 5. I writing to tell you that this was the worse and most unprofessional customer service that I’ve ever received from any dealership

I brought my car brand new 2020 Sentra . Two weeks from when I brought it the passenger side vent didn’t work, so air wasn’t coming out . I called my sales rep because he was the most helpful at first. Two days later I have a warning light on my dash . Again brand new car should have NO issues cause that’s the purpose of getting a brand new car. Service manager Ryan was very nonchalant, customer service was a solid 2. They are so press to push out a vehicle but when there is a issue there’s no urgency.
The overall service is good. However, it would be nice to vacuum and wash the vehicle after service has been completed.

My appointment was for 10:15 AM 11/7/2020. I arrived early and Dennis came out to be the service person for me. He texted me at 10:06 to say I could text the number back at any time or view my repair order. At 11:42 I asked how much longer it would take. I got no response. At 12:06 I walked down to the service office to ask Dennis how much longer it would take since I never got a response. He didnt address the no response to my text but told me it would be at least 30-40 more minutes. I asked what was taking so long and he, with an attitude, said, the work is being done! I then responded back that I had an appointment and for an oil change, tire rotation, and 2 filters being replaced it shouldnt take almost two hours. I have been at this dealership before and Im in and out in less than an hour for an oil change. I reminded him that I had an appointment and he said that doesnt matter! He said appointments dont guarantee a time slot. I was FURIOUS!!! I immediately asked where the call center was that took my call and who was in charge that day. He told me at BMW and that Ryan was the manager. I asked if Ryan was here. He said yes. I said please get him. He called, or acted like he was calling someone, and said can you come down when you get a chance? He then removed the phone from his ear and I was still standing across the desk. He told me I should wait outside. I stood there for about 30 minutes - never saw Ryan. I walked away from that doorway to the open area near the snack machine. I called Ryan myself. I didnt get him so I left a message. At 12:44 Ryan called me back and I told him exactly what is mentioned here. Dennis gave me the WORSE service I have had in a very long time. He lacks customer service skills. He is poor representation of Nissan! I am not sure I will return to this location which is sad because it is so close to my house!

They did not do any detailing inside or top off my coolant. It doesnt feel like the employees have you and your car in their best interest. I might as well just take it to a random auto shop instead of driving over 30 minutes to come to the dealership.Im only giving a 1 because John was nice.
I recently went in looking to trade my 2017 Nissan Rogue for something newer. Carl Morris was the sales person who helped me, and he was amazing from start to finish. His honesty and ability to relate to my experience was very refreshing. I ended up leaving with a 2020 Rogue and feeling confident about my purchase thanks to him.
I went to Nissan Passport on AUTH way just to have a tire rotation, filter and oil change and same day I had the worse dark colored leaks in my drive way. My truck is one years old with no dents, damages and kept very clean and no this mechanical issue is going to cost me problems unless the services manager fix the problem. do not go here, they also tried to trick me and said they rotated my tires and didnt. I took one of the caps off the right front side for my own confirmation just to be sure and when they brought the truck back that same tire that I took the cap off was still on the same side. never rotated REALLY!
