This Allentown Rd CVS has terrible pharmacy customer service waited forever and a day for a prescription.I would suggest using the pharmacy below they have no wait time and friendly service. Its right across the street from the CVS.Allentown Pharmacy7069 Allentown Rd, Temple Hills, MD 20748
Worst pharmacy ever don’t answer the phone. Left on hold twice over twenty minutes Your dealing with patient regarding concern of medications and you can’t take the time to answer their questions over the phone . Trash customer service only gave one star cause I had to. Please go somewhere else over it
Doctor called in prescriptions and they lost 1. Smh and dont try and call because they keep you on hold for well over 45 min exactly. They act as if they dont want to help and they are never staffed. A new pharmacist and technicians are ALL needed at this location or close the pharmacy completely. Just AWFUL
I called my prescription in on the phone last night, so today I called just to make sure it’s ready since my daughter is going there and times when they have call me and tell me, it’s ready for pick up and get there and it’s not ready.., I been on hold for 15mins and no one still have not picked the phone up... I’m still on hold listening to the music play, my daughter should be there by now.., This is absolutely crazy.. Poor customer service.., They are the worst .. I guess no one is going to pick up.. I’m on hold while I’m typing 🤦♀️ 6/14/2021 Here we go again, been on hold fir 21 minutes, the young pick up the the phone and said please hold, I tried to respond and she put me back on hold... Oh they never picked up the phone in the beginning, just went straight to the music.. They are rude, extremely poor customer service.. I been on hold almost 30 minutes now... The sad part is nobody seems to care... This is the closest, but I need switch to another store..
Horrible customer service.
First, I don’t think they realize that they’re dealing with peoples lives! They are extremely rude and unprofessional! When they make mistakes they get defensive, they get prescriptions incorrect all the time, they make disrespectful remarks about our doctors (“they aren’t even calling us, we have to always reach out to them”).They even call the wrong physician for prescriptions! Please please please do not choose to THIS cvs they have always been unorganized and never hold themselves accountable.
Well, first the customer service is very poor, I was waiting in line for a while in the pharmacy and I’m not sure if she knew the lady behind after I waited for a while !!! She took her instead of me, it just kinda bothered me because I was there first and I was served last .
If you have a chance to go to another CVS, please do so. If I could give 0 stars to this CVS I would. This CVS is in Camp Springs. Every time I have prescriptions filled, there’s a problem. This last problem is a deal breaker for me. Instead of informing me that my prescription couldn’t be filled, I was told it would be ready today (Friday) because it had to be ordered. Turns out it was never ordered and now I have to wait 2 weeks before it can be ordered. If I could move the prescription to another location or even a different pharmacy I would. I hate the lack of professionalism they give, the fact that most of the staff is less than helpful and have attitude problems is beyond me. To top off everything they rarely have medicine available. What kind of major pharmacy chain has a manager who is rarely there and working. I’m so disgusted with this CVS in Camp Springs. If I could complain to someone else I would. 😡
No matter which CVS I go to, it is a headache. They say my medicine is ready for pick up. They either dont have it or they always spell my name wrong. I cant wait to switch to Walgreens. They seem more reasonable than CVS will ever be!
I have never seen a Pharmacy so disorganized when you get there you have to stand on a long line. 5 employees and only 1 finding orders and digging in boxes to find your medicine. Its done by last name and once filled dumped in that letter Box, and the person can take 5-10 minutes rambling in the container to find your prescription even when it just got filled. Or your prescription isnt done and youre told to have a seat and it will be filled and youre sitting almost an hour as if your time doesnt matter. Ridiculous they need a better system for organizing the prescriptions once they have filled them. The staff is very very nice BUT they need to Have a much better organized functioning system in the pharmacy
The teenagers working at the registers up front are always very well mannered. I told the young lady that waited on me, that in this day and time you dont see that often. Keep up the good work!!!!
I called into the pharmacy at 10:30 am for my prescription they said 1 hour now I get here its now 12:30pm, and nothing is ready. Now I have to wait for it another 10 mins.Very unprofessional. Management need to get involved. Please standing here waiting hearing 3 other ppl prescriptions not ready.
The pharmacy is the worst!!!! You walk up and it takes 5 minutes before they even acknowledge your presence! I dropped my daughters Antibiotics off and they told me it would take an hour, I came back 1hr/15min later, still not ready. I waited 20 more minutes before they called me and after I paid they still didnt have the prescription ready!!!! The lady was rude like I was the one taking up her day!!! Not going back to this one.
I AM A PROVIDER THAT HAS BEEN SITTING ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES NOW JUST TO GET A FAX NUMBER. I WILL NOT ADVISE OUR PATIENTS TO USE THIS LOCATION IN THE FUTURE.
Young lady at the front was very nice, now the pharmacy is a whole different experience, prescription was put in at about 1130, told an hour ok not bad, long story short didnt leave out until after 1pm. Also they missed placed 1 of the prescriptions.
This is the worst CVS pharmacy I have been to. The wait time to put in a prescription is at least 15 minutes with no line. If there is a line the wait is even longer. When picking up a prescription, the line is ridiculously long and even with 5 employees behind the counter, the line does not move. I have put a prescription in and when I come back 2 days later, it has not been filled even though when I put it in I was told 30 minutes. Then even after 2 days I had to wait an hour or more to get it. This CVS is EXTREMELY unorganized, inefficient, and ineffective when meeting the needs of the customers. If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would.
This is the absolute worst pharmacy. This pharmacy misplaced the prescription script for my daughter or either lied about not having it. My daughter has not had her medicine in two weeks now. Now I must go back to the doctor for a new script.
Literally took 2 whole days to get a prescription reads. And when I went to pick up medication at a time given to me by an employee who called me, I still had to wait over AN HOUR AND A HALF for the medication. Pharmacist was not at all concerned with how long I was there waiting. Basically had an “i’ll get to it when I get to it” attitude. Needless to say, I won’t be back here again.. EVER. Only giving one star because that is the least option.
Awesome manager she is always friendly.
You cant call here for anything. Forget it unless you can go in. Expect long lines
The cashier natalie was so sweet and helpful and the pharmacist was kind as well. One of the best CVSs i have been to by far
Hate having to come to this pharmacy but it’s the closest to my house...everytime I have to pick up a prescription they say a time and when I come back it’s never ready and the people there are rude...also I just tried calling them for the 5th time today and a man answers the phone which took forever for them to answer as usual tells me to hold on “no hello hold on please” then after being on hold someone finally picks up the phone to then hang up like wtf so I decide to callback it rings forever again and now a woman answers and says “can you hold please” I never had the chance to even speak before she decides to just put me on hold to the point I’m writing this review now they don’t even deserve a star period worst CVS EVER!!!!!
The cvs location is so unprofessional and disrespectful. The manager Melissa is very unprofessional. I wanted to apply for a position to work there due to the lack of workers available when trying to checkout. I asked were they hiring and she would walk away while you try to converse with her. When calling the pharmacy they put you hold for long periods of time and has a attitude when they pick up like your bothering them.. The new sales clerk Emily will answer the phone and hang up on you and lie and tell you the phone hung up on its own.. The only respectful person that was there is now gone and thats the pharmacist Mr. Kevin.. When he left i dont feel the need to ever enter that store but thats the neighborhood store.. I from now on will travel to the clinton location where the service is so much better... They need to shut the campsprings location down or get whole new staff...
I put in my perception yesterday Nov. 30 about 2:30, and was told it would take 30mins. After about 45min I come back and my perception isnt filled. I then come back around 6:30-7 oclock, stood in line for 15 mins, AND IT STILL WAS NOT READY. They again tell me 30min. So I go BACK home STILL in pain. So today after I get off work I go to pick up my meds, thinking I would be in-and-out. The pick up line was halfway down the isle, so I ask 1 of the 4 ladies if I could get my meds and they told me to get in line. The line was twice as long as the day before and I had to leave. Now this is day 2 not getting my meds.CVS is it so hard to put a second cashier person at the pick-up? There were 4 ppl there and I really feel inconvenienced having to wait a whole mother day.
This CVS i had my Daughters meds sent here from her doctors office around 12:30 pm and i picked it up after i got off work after 5 i thought i would be in and out i still had to wait for the perscription to be filledme being nosey i looked in the back and they had 2 stacks of perscriptions on 2 different shelves that needed to be filled i was heated not just for me but others as well its a shame people are in pain and need their medicaition SMH and thats my reveiw on this CVS Camp Springs MD
Good prices
Its sad when you cant buy eyelashes without having to find an associate to unlock them and then take them to the register like youre going to run out the store with a $6 pair of lashes.
Slow service, never enough cashiers on staff
The Pharmacist, KEVIN is top notch, FIVE STAR*****!!!!!Hes attentive to the needs of patients/customer, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. A model for the rest to follow!!!!!
Poor customer skills and lacking in knowledge.
