My daughter asked for money to order apetamin and her order came shattered. Why would you guys send fragile items in an envelope instead of a box. My daughter emailed them with pics and got no response. She will not be ordering from them again.

I have to be honest, the process for paying for the stuff is a headache, but once you do it the stuff is saved in your phone for future use. I been ordering this stuff and I haven’t had any issues, always delivered when they said, no long wait on my products, and no problem getting back to me over the email. I also had to make some changes to my order a few times and they were really nice and helped me so I will order again. I love y’all, keep up the good work!

I purchased 2 bottles of Apetamin on 6/17/21 on 6/20/21. I noticed the expiration date on 1 bottle was 4/22, and the other was expiring on 7/21. I contacted the store that Monday. After driving 45min. The lady told me I could not be refunded nor get a replacement bottle due to my refrigerating the bottle. It’s been 80 degree weather mind you. Then she stated all the boxes barcode say one thing. Insinuating I swapped bottles. I am apalled,I have been here several times, and referred people. This is bad business and DONT recommend shopping here. But, if you do CHECK EXPIRATION DATE. Now I have to consume before July. For the sake of not waisting my money. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

After scam after scam, From other websites, I finally ordered from them. I was skeptical at for a while because of their payment process but one you do it from your phone and information is saved it is less difficult and time consuming. Shipment took a little over 7 days from the date of confirmation email. Completely satisfied!

Though they delayed in receiving payment every time I called number provided it was answered and things got done! I made an order, never got it. i called, text and emailed i got a response 2 days later and they asked me for the email and account number i used than when i did send it they took another two days and they told me that what they ment was what account and email did i send it to like are you fr?????!!!!!!!!!!!!! never got my order still and havent gotten a response

Ive ordered from them several times, never had a problem. My packages always arrived on time in less than 8 days. This time around unfortunately its been almost 2 weeks, still no package. I emailed them and they responded fairly quickly but it seemed like they were blaming me for the package not arriving, something about my address. Anyway I explained that my address was the same one Ive always used on previous orders and this never happened before. They said they would reship my package. Now I have to wait another damn week or so for my product smh like I said this is the very first time something like this happens.

First time ordering wrong item in order. Did not receive what I paid for. The correct item was on invoice but not in package. Will not recommend ordering or drop shipping with this company.

Early Jan: When my bottles arrived in a Priority mail padded flat rate envelope with “fragile” written on the outside I was pissed!! I paid $10 for shipping so I should at least have a flat rate box!! Who ships glass bottles and/or liquid in a padded envelope?! When I opened it liquid was dripping on the outside of both bottles. NEVER PURCHASING AGAIN.Jan 18: Customer service reached out to me to rectify the situation. I was upset but everything has been handled in a professional manner. Communication was an ease. Took awhile for my money order to process so I was nervous it was a scam. I sent an email and Alex responded to me almost immediately! He answered every question I had and made sure to send me updates on my order. My package arrived on time and fully intact!

I ordered monday at 2am in the morning. I was skeptical because of all the bad reviews about shipping and the vendor not replying to messages. Im so happy that I went with my better judgement and ordered from them. The vendor Alex replied back around 10 minutes later assuring me that my package would be shipped. Lets just say that my package was shipped immediately. After paying through zelle I instantly received a tracking number in my email. My package was put in the mailbox by 3Am Monday morning. I followed the package every step of the way and was updated at every point. By Wednesday at 2pm it was in my mailbox packaged wonderfully. I was shocked because its supposed to be delivered in up to a week but by Monday afternoon it was telling me that I would be delivered by Wednesday. Sure enough it is now Wednesday and I just received it. Thank you so much for the instant replies and the wonderful customer service. This companies scammed me out of my money I ordered 3 boxes for $700 I have not get recieved an order nor my refund I zelle request. i have reach out to this company my phone and email and still no response. The just took my money and not even trying to give it back. Dont shop with them its a scam. Smh I will be taking them to court.

I have started my weight gain journey and am loving it, this Apetamin syrup really let you eat a lot, and when I say eat a lot, I meant that, I have to constantly munching on supm, after eating a whole meal, like really, not sure how will work for others because everyone is different, one thing though, it did makes me drowsy, but I drink red bull to keep me going because I have to work 7 days per week, I am seeing some results.I order from Transmaw Food Services and did received my order, those two bottles are finish and another order is on its way to me now, this is the place you might want to place your order if you are looking for this product, not too expensive also.

HORRIBLE!! do not order from here, i received my package leaking and the box was missing pieces and i informed them that i would like for them to either refund my money or send me a new bottle, so i got an email asking for pictures of how i received the package even though i thought that was ridiculous i took the pictures and sent them and i was told they would further investigate and get back with me i have yet to have heard anything, so basically they just take your money and send you crap...i will be calling somewhere about these people to see what can be done about this.
