I have been a customer for over 3 years. I have never had a bad experience. June and her staff are always courteous and helpful. I once had an issue with a UPS delivery and even tho it wasn’t their responsibility they went out of their way to help me resolve my problem. I wish other companies in one area had such excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this UPS store.

I’m not one to write reviews but the attitude I was talked to with was out of control.I went in to return some Amazon wardrobe items and a damaged kindle tablet. Both items had a separate return labels which needed to be printed. I emailed both labels but they apparently received only one. The lady demanded that I take a walk outside in crazy rude voice and resend the second email apparently the room has “a lot of metal and the email was probably stuck in the middle”!To make matters worse she was going to charge me $5 to use her computer plus $0.17 per page printed which is fine she was upfront about it and I excepted, but then decided she was also charging me for the packaging, I thought this was ridiculous since Amazon offers free returns, Amazon clearly says $0.00 for warrantied items and wardrobe items! How hard up are you for money? I grabbed my stuff and left, we returned the items for free in cottonwood!

Live-Scan Fingerprint Clearance Card Beware- If you pay for a Live-Scan fingerprint at this store please be aware to send in your printed card to the Department of Public Safety. We were informed by a customer service representative on March 8th 2021 that we did not need to send in the form because, They will receive it directly from the Live-Scan. Weve been waiting for 3 months to receive any information pertaining to the process of our applications. When I called the store to ask the owner she said, Theres no possible way the customer service representative would make that mistake and how every employee of hers is trained. Welp! Sorry the owner had to hear from an unhappy customer because her employee gave the wrong information. Yes, employees do make mistakes. If someone had great customer service they would of apologized for the misinformation.

Just spoke to a very friendly woman over the phone there. She helped answer my questions and seemed very patient and polite! It’s refreshing to find someone who is personable and courteous these days.

Owner is extremely rude. I brought in an amazon package to be sent back and she gave me a “lesson” on how to put the return label on the package as I’m standing there with my newborn in a car seat, ( clearly I had a lot going on). She obviously was having a bad day, but judging off of previous reviews this is nothing new.Made the mistake of putting this review on the UPS warehouse page when in fact it was the shipping location.

Hands down the best customer service and genuine care you could ever hope to receive from a company that you do business with. June and her staff are extremely accommodating, always friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Many times where my packages and mail are already waiting on the counter for me when I walk in after having seen me pull up, times where Ive called 2 minutes before closing and said I was 5 minutes away and the response is always no problem, an entire 2 months where they sorted and kept my mail and packages separate from the rest of the mail and packages addressed to my box, offer help out to the car when I have several packages or ones that are heavy, genuinely caring and checking in to see how I was doing while I was taking care of my mum after she had been diagnosed with ALS and after she passed...the list goes on and on, I cant say enough good things about the Camp Verde UPS store, June and her staff!

Customer service is horrible especially from this one short hair brunnette. Seems like she doesnt wanna provide me service so she makes it difficult.Never going there again. I Hope she gets fired or they run out of business because of her.

Amazon returns are a dream they are so easy if you go to the UPS in Cottonwood. I have never dealt with a more rude woman that made me feel like an idiot the first Amazon return I ever did when going to this location. I will never go there again.

Poor customer service when just calling for a question was rude and unprofessional was basically yelling that they have so much going on every day ect i asked if there was a better time to answer a simple question was told had others in store . Guess the drive to cottonwood location is worth the drive to not be treated that way

The experience is like having people. Whatever the need, they meet it with a smile and a no problem. This store is one of the best things about living in Camp Verde.

I was charged $11.01 to have a package delivered here. Its always helpful to be able to ship something via ups when your traveling, but be careful of their fees! It was only delivered 2 hours ago! Also it would have been nice if the owner was at least pleasant when picking up my package.

I have been doing business with this store for almost a year. More times than not my mail is pulled by them as Im getting out of the car. I calledtoday and spoke with the owner to see if I had received a package, she told me she would call when it arrived. I told it I could get it if it came before 10 because I had to open my store in Cottonwood. She then offered that her husband would be going there and that he would drop it off for me.She called and said she would get it over to me soon. My door opened and I looked up to see the owner delivering it to me personally. Now THATS service. I HIGHLY recommend this store.Terry

For some reason, its not spelled out well on the Arizona Dept. of Ed website, but you can go to the Camp Verde UPS store to get your fingerprint IVP card done electronically. They are efficient and careful with the process there...as compared to my experience with UPS stores in Phoenix, which messed it up literally 3 times, losing the fee check and costing me money. June and her staff are always friendly, too.

The owner gives the worst customer service!

Be aware that in this UPS store, unlike any others I have done business with across the US, you will be charged $1 to have them stick a prepaid return label on the box you are shipping. In all other stores Ive been in, I have been asked to bring in my prepaid return label so that the clerk could place it in a clear plastic sleeve and affix it to my parcel. Not so in the Camp Verde UPS store. I feel I was being coerced to pay an unnecessary fee for which other UPS stores do not charge. Fortunately, the Valley has other UPS stores with more customer friendly policies with whom I will do business in future. .

They are always friendly there and very easy to give your package to them the workers are always nice there and it doesnt take a long time of waiting in line to get your stuff done

Beware. Ive traveled all over the US and have been to many UPS Stores. As a full-time RVer, we often use them for mailing of packages and printing of documents. Today I needed to print a 1 page document - a .PDF file on a memory stick. Normally at a UPS Store, Id just insert the memory stick into the printer/copier and print it. Normal cost ranges from 9 cents to 13 cents a page. Here, however, I would be required to use their computer to print at a cost of $5 plus $0.50 per page. Thats right, $5.50 to print 1 bw page. Even when the copiers they use support printing pdf files directly, no computer needed. Needless to say, I wont give this store any of my business.

Always super friendly staff, and very quick and painless to get things shipped out. EXCELLENT!

Why dont UPS stores have a drop box?They close at 3pm on Saturdays and the next store is in Prescott Valley, also closed, also no drop box. Extremely inconvenient in these times!

The people are not very friendly here at the Camp Verde UPS Store. Also I went in there to have some copies made... Copies are usually $0.07 to $0.10 per page... But they wanted $0.17 per page! I told them they were nuts!!! Then I went home and printed them on my LaserJet printer for about $0.03 per page.

Horrible service

All employees need extensive customer service training. I have never experienced such unprofessional and rude service. If employees are so unhappy tending to their customers maybe this isn’t the line of work for them. This review especially includes the manager who seems just as miserable as the rest of the lady’s in there.
