After our car was rear ended, we chose this shop for our repairs because our daughter had used them in the past and she highly recommended them. The staff was very professional and courteous, and we were updated regularly on the progress of the job. This shop went above and beyond in the repair of our rear bumper.. Only the left side was affected from the accident, but they repaired some previous damage on the right side of the bumper as well, at no extra cost. Our bumper looks brand new now! We couldnt be happier, and highly recommend this shop!

After having my catalytic converter stolen off of my Prius, my insurance company gave me a few choices in Campbell. I checked the online reviews and Savannahs name was mentioned in another review as skilled, competent, and friendly. I agree, my experience was excellent. Savannah treated me with kid gloves and even helped answer some of my unrelated questions on my sons first car. I would easily recommend Caliber Collision

Caliber Collision is one of the best car experiences Ive experienced. My husband had such a horrible experience with his new car purchase and they handled it beautifully. Just a back story, my husband bought a 2008 Pruis on Friday. On the Saturday right after, while it was parked someone had a heart attack and hit his car.My husbands insurance was giving him the run around and we just needed advice. So, I called Caliber Collision and spoke with Jose first. Jose was not only friendly and professional, but he was very sympathetic. He didnt have to listen to my story, but he gladly did and offered suggestions. Jose is great! Then, when we made an appointment, we met with Victor one of the managers. Victor was also very sympathetic, educated and professional. He offered suggestions based on our needs and made our experience so much easier. During fixing the car, I got amazing communication during the the process. Letting me know what was going on and how everything turned out. (Typically car places kinda suck and you have to always call). The big thing that makes them stand out is that they CARE about each and every customer. They love what they do and you can feel it. They offer suggestions based on YOUR personal needs and make it happen.The whole overall experience was really great, and I will be using them again. Go here for your repairs!

Caliber collision was amazing. I had to take my car in for repair and Savannah and Rose were so friendly and professional. Both were super kind to my son who I had to bring with me. Customer service was amazing. I made one call to my insurance and that was it, Caliber took care of everything else. The repairs were done on time and I was regularly kept up to date on progress. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the Campbell area.

I chose CC because of great on line reviews. I had body work done to my 2008 Lexus that was in a car crash. The service and work was excellent, just like all of the reviews stated. Im a very happy customer and would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are very friendly attentive and courteous.. Only problem i find later on is the new headlight housing uses a different socket than the original, so bulb replacement (LED after markets) i was using will require modification

Caliber Collision did a great job with my repairs. They communicated with me regularly and their customer service was exceptional.

Told me they would give me an exact estimate via email of when it would be done day it was dropped off. Never did get that email. I called two days after dropping off to get info when it would be done and they said it would take five more days from verbal estimate. Very annoying that they did not inform me of this initially as a true professional would. For the staff at the shop I dropped off my car on 08 SEP 2020 at 0830 so that you know the individual who was lacking in their performance.

Full service shop, needed scratches repainted and the result was well done, on time, great communication, and assistance was provided to and from the rental agency. As posted, everything was removed from the vehicle before leaving. Would recommend to others.

I have used Caliber Collision at other locations in the past and always had a positive experience from my interactions with the staff to the repairs made on my vehicles. Today, the service blew me away! I called the Campbell location in the hopes they could help with my passenger car door scraping the panel each time I opened it. I was worried this would end up being around $400 which is not ideal at a time when financial concerns are heightened. Richard was kind enough to fit me in same day, and popped out the panel in less than a minute! I asked him what do I owe you and he simply said just give me a good review. I almost cried I was so relieved. Thank you Richard and Caliber Collision for paying it forward, I will try to do the same!

Karl at Calliber was able to fix my car like new. He also determined (and took before and after photos to boot) of the damage that had happened prior to me purchasing it. Caliber Collision is a phenomenal body repair shop that arranged for transportation, rental car, pick up / drop off while my car was being repaired. Caliber Collision is absolutely your one stop shop and I highly recommend them for any auto repair needs.

I had noticed 2 weeks after receiving my truck, which they did a great job on, that a gold coin and St.. Christopher medallion were missing from my dashboard pocket. Very disappointing. Had a stay in the hospital and didnt have a chance to post this.

Richard gave me personal care, advised of an awesome dealer to service vehicle going forward and took car back to evaluate an issue that wasnt telayed to my repair. Awesome facility, owe yourself to have this store fix your vehicle if needs arise.

I called Caliber Collision because my cars door handle fell off. They had me come by this morning and they quickly (like 15 minutes or less) put my door handle back on and THEY DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME ANYTHING for it!!! Norberto was my service advisor and he was so fantastic and really took care of everything. The front desk person was helpful and so kind. I cant say enough nice things about this business. I will absolutely be taking my car here in the future, should I need body work done.

Had my car repaired at the 665 E McGlincy Ln location. I was rear-ended and the insurance company recommend Caliber. Looking at reviews, I was hesitant as other locations seem to have problems. But this location was good, so after talking to the techs and decided to have them fix my minivan.Good communication, sent email updates.The car was repaired well, one item needed correcting, but they were very professional about it and made it right.Costs seemed fair as well... Ive seen minor bumper damage cost $1K alone, but the cost to fix the bumper and liftgate was very fair.Id recommend this Caliber location and would bring my car again. (Hopefully, I wont have too...)

Long story short, unfortunately Ive been a repeat customer. Fortunately Karl does what he says hes going to do, and does it on time. My wifes Cherokee has had a couple of incidents that Modern Bench and now Caliber have corrected to brand new form. The Jeep looks great. Id also, like to compliment Karl. My most recent incident called for about 15 minutes of work - work someone with body work skill needed to perform. Karl had it done, slapped me on the back and said, no charge, thanks for being a good customer. Bottom line is that it is my goal not to go to body shops, but if I need to (or if Im going to refer anyone) it will be to Caliber in Campbell. Thanks to Nicole for the convenient scheduling, and thanks to Karl for the excellent customer service. Hopefully I wont be back, but I promise to recommend Karl and Caliber to any friends or acquaintances.

They wanted me to take my rental to their shop just so they could follow me back to my house and drop off the car. Makes no sense. They replaced a bumper, that’s all. Six days later....
