Terrible, horrid experience! They are MINUS 5 star worthy. They took the insurance money, asked for more and the result is atrocious. Went in with small front end damage September 9th 2015. Finally received my vehicle back 7 months later with uncompleted work, substandard parts used, and damage. Unprofessional, uncommunicative and abysmal workmanship. One of the times I came down to check on my vehicle there were used car parts on the front seats and floor of my vehicle. I do have seat covers, but for some reason they were pulled off of my seats as to accommodate the greasy used auto parts. Drips from their paint job, broken and missing parts, even my front emblem was missing. When it was asked to be replaced they used a different year and different part to do it. Ridiculous! If youre looking for no communication from your Auto Body Shop, substandard Parts used on your car, an exorbitant amount of time taken to do shoddy repair work, and for them to take your money and ask for more this is the place for you! Beware.
