Poodle tested and approved.The staff at dream sofa was knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and patient. It is exactly what I expected. The white glove delivery went perfectly. My neighbors who sat on it yesterday said it didnt have hard areas on each end like the sofa beds they just bought. Already got a smudge on the arm which was removed easily. Would recommend to my best friend!

I am giving them 4 stars because they are working very hard on trying to make me happy with a couch that had a couple of problems. After a few rounds of pictures and talking with the designer they agreed to give me the ability to have a local upholsterer fix some issues. They do stand behind their product and it is clear to me that they want their customers to love their furniture. The couch is beautiful and it is hard to find this style and degree of quality along with customization of size. Great customer service during a very difficult time. Once I get this couch fixed to my satisfaction (I am picky) I will move this to 5 stars.

I could not find what I needed for this oddly shaped room. I looked forever and thankfully landed on DreamSofa.com. They had all these options for fabric, softness, shape, configuration, everything. Of course, I needed everything...I mean the front door opens onto the living room couch! Ryan and Kiara helped me work out all the details, and made sure I was happy with my choices, and then in a few weeks this lovely piece arrived. Itd better than I could have hoped for. It complements the space so well, is cozy, yet chic. It fits everyone and is inviting. You can just feel that its gonna last forever and Im just so excited I found you guys. Thank you for being easy and helping my home feel like a home.

Wow, I am really impressed how they were able to make this happen even during COVID!! I love how it subtly goes with my light blue walls, and cannot wait to add some pop of color with other pillows and throws. Kiara stayed in communication and responded as quickly as she could whenever I had questions, or just wanting to see how much longer until this beautiful cloud was mine :) Thank you guys so much!!!

What I have to say, you just gotta trust me on this! DreamSofa is the place to go! I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve walked in and out of Crate & Barrel, or Potterybarn, or even Ikea with absolutely no luck in what I was looking for. Many styles were close, or I saw something on one sofa, that I liked, yet didn’t like the legs on it. It was as if I wanted to merge all of these little details into one and I couldn’t do that there!That’s where I did some heavy research, and after reading the reviews and studying their website, DreamSofa was it, almost too good to be true!I immediately called them up, to get a better idea of what I could design! I was scheduled with Monica, one of their designers to learn more about what I was getting myself into! After explaining what I was looking for, Monica was so great at letting me know that every aspect of the sofa, from the construction of the piece, to the fabrics, to the comfort of cushions, was something I personally got to customize! It was amazing to know I could find details in so many different styles they had and put it together in one. I fell in love with the Milan Sofa, but didn’t like the legs it came with. I was told I’d be able to customize and choose the legs from their Brussels style sofa to fit the Milan no problem! It was unreal, and such a great time designing my sofa! At the end the real winner was The Athens style! You can see how lovely they are, they really complete the room! I love my sofa and two matching chairs. A true cloud like seat :)I admire the DreamSofa’s Customer support efforts in doing everything they can to ensure our needs are met!

I had been recommended by a friend to check DreamSofa out! I was searching for something comfy yet really really cute! I have been struggling to find a reliable custom furniture site that was all US made, and wouldn’t break the bank. That’s where DreamSofa came into my life!I came in only with the idea of what color I wanted to bring to my living room, and that I wanted a sectional with a chair to match! It wasn’t until I called and scheduled a design call with their Designer Monica! After getting more familiar with what DreamSofa had to offer, Monica was amazing at letting me know all the fun things you can add to your order, like accent pillows and ottomans! I was thrilled to know that I could get all the accents and final touches to making my room complete all in one :)

I do have to say the reviews look way too good to be true based on my experience. I decided to look elsewhere after making several attempts (4+ emails, 5 phone calls - 2 where i left a voicemail) to get information.The first eyebrow raiser was i asked (based on what my wishes were) what type of cushion fill i should use . . . i received two different answers, but both people used the same reason in their reply. Odd . . .I then asked that with all the Covid drama, if I could see a video of someone actually sitting on one of the couches so i could visually see the cushion sag. I asked twice and really didnt get a reply. In one instance I left a very detailed message and I later received a reply message that said give us a call. . . . no information in the message (which left me feeling like nobody really listened to my message).I then called again and was told I could visit a showroom to see for myself and was given an email address. I sent the email - no reply. . . three days later i sent another email - no reply again. Shortly thereafter i contacted the store and was told by Ryan that he would personally call and have my appointment set up . . . and . . . no call, no appointment . . . nothing. . .So i decided to look elsewhere . . . It just seems odd that if its such a great couch and someone is actually trying to purchase one, nobody was really that interested in making sure i had a chance to decide for myself how good it is.So i cannot write about how comfortable the couch is because i bailed. . .These interactions lasted about 3 weeks. I did get swatches quickly but thats about it. If the couch is really that good, it didnt match the service i received.

The quality of the sofa we got is amazing, customer support and buying our sofa was so easy. Will order from them again in the future... thank you Monica you were a great help and easy to deal with.

Dreamsofa is perfect when you need something RIGHT, not right now.I wanted a chestserfield-style sofa sleeper, which apparently is very hard to find! Dreamsofas Messina sofa was exactly what I needed. From order to delivery, it took about 5 months with inconsistent communication. Online order status never moved from Processing. I reached out about every other week and would typically receive an update that things were progressing, but not much other info. I did receive one call in January to confirm sizing.BUT - once it arrived, I have to say the sofa quality exceeds expectations. The firmness, mattress, color, fabric - all was perfect. I would definitely order from them again when if I need something particular, but wish theyd manage customer expectations a bit better with the timeline estimates and communication protocols.

Bought the Bordeaux from them. And really love it. Very comfortable and has a look unlike any other couch. I highly recommend buying with dream.

I am huge on visuals, and making sure each room in my home is easy to the eye and aesthetically pleasing! I wanted to go in more of a modern direction and didn’t really know where to start. I randomly found DreamSofa, and the moment I saw the Gosford Sofa, I immediately imagined what my life would be like if I had this in my home. And I can definitely let you know that, my hunt was over!One of their Designers Ryan, was such a treat! I had no idea what direction I was going, in  terms of fabric. I love that DreamSofa has plenty of fabrics to choose from, though it was hard to determine just what it would look like, just seeing it online. Ryan was amazing in being able to overnight us some fabric samples to help move along the process! As soon as the swatches came in, I called Ryan right away with my decision. I cannot express how thankful and painless this whole process was. It is definitely an investment piece, yet Ryan informed me that they would always be here to help, even ways down the road in keeping my sofa crisp and clean for a lifetime!I definitely recommend going with the White Glove Delivery service, because it being such a beautiful piece of furniture, it was great to know I could trust everything would be handled with care!

AMAZED! I have no words to describe how happy I am with our new sectional for our family room. Our family room is a very special place in our home, this is where we spend a great amount of our time as a family while watching a Netflix series or a movie. I was so excited throughout the process in choosing the fabric, configuration, size and firmness. Customer service was incredible and they were very patient with me as I was very indecisive but they made me feel very secure about my purchase and I am totally satisfied with their product. The price was very reasonable for being a very custom piece. Although I just received my sectional for my family room, I am looking forward to purchasing my new sectional sofa for my living room, cant wait! Hesitated to purchase my sectional because couldnt touch it prior to order, and because online reviews of DreamSofa and RoseDesigns were confusing (apparently both are the same company).RECOMMENDATION TO CONSUMER: Call DreamSofa to assuage concerns, then place your order. My representative, Milan, offered arguably the most professional, attentive customer service possible. If there was an issue, Milan was quick to resolve. He walked me through DreamSofas process, and I walked away an extremely satisfied customer with an Alexandria sectional (Catalina Linen / Natural Wood). Will be a repeat customer.RECOMMENDATION TO BUSINESS: Offer DreamSofa customers a visual guide to help select foam comfort, and photo updates of furniture prior to shipment.

What an amazing company! We were looking for a custom sectional for our den, and we’ve been spending months scowering furniture stores to find the perfect sectional and something always seemed off! We came across DreamSofa online and frankly at first it seemed too good to be true. We could customize nearly every aspect of the sectional down to size to be perfect! I must say ordering online is a little nerve raking, however after speaking with their support team and getting the fabric swatches we decided to pull the trigger.The sectional sofa arrived last weekend and we’re absolutly in love with it, from the comfort level to the style it’s been the best decision.
