Guy in the parts department refused to help me at all. Pretty rude and had a smart tone to him, l asked for a part number and he refused to give it to me. l then just asked if he could ship me the part l need, he also refused that to which l replied uhh okay and he hung up on me. l dont think lve ever left a review for anything in my life but this guy was absolutely awful.

Tried to order a part and was service was very poor not to mention was gonna be sent the wrong part. Then when i was ready the part order i was told it would be 2 weeks because the parts man was going on vacation just my experience with them. Others may have a different experience i hope it was better than mine. Thank you .

Parts department has very poor customer service no help at all. Bought parts part broke day recieved and Tony refused to help any at all toward making it right I would not recommend buying any artic cat parts from this place...awful customer service.

Great place to buy artic cat, textron, or Polaris parts. They also service any makes of side by side. Great service manager.

They have a great selection of arctic cats and supplies for any off-roader. Their salesmen are knowledgeable about the ATVs and they are always more than happy to help with anything they can.

Called to ask about getting a part for an atv and the fella I spoke with acted like he didnt have time to help me, he was very short with me and also let me know that he couldnt mess with something like that especially since it was so old (as he snickered) . personally wouldnt recommend them unless it was for a poor attitude award!
