I was having a very hard time finding a garage door in the size I needed. Finally, I contacted overhead door even though they are an hour away and was surprised that they not only had the size I needed but also at a very reasonable price. When I got there, everyone was friendly and very helpful. Im glad I purchased a door from them.

Very hard to get a hold of...I am still waiting on a broken screen to be fixed that happened 2 years ago. They said they would come out, but I am tired of being the one that has to constantly follow up with them.

I called the company 3 times before I could get someone to schedule to come.After they came it only took 30 minutes to replace 2 springs. The bill I received was for289.00 with 194 for the springs. The retail cost of the spring is 44 each for a total of 88. I was significantly overbilled. I had used this company in the past to install doors and they were fair with their pricing. I dont know what has happened but I will not do business again with them and would not recommend them to others.

I have bought garage doors, windows, entry doors, siding and more from OHD of Campbellsville. Sales and service are top notch and they are a great family business.

Totally disorganized staff, who are inept at business phone etiquette. After a service call to my home I was advised to call the office for a replacement estimate. I called less than a week later and they were unable to find my record, an estimate or any info on who came to my house. Unbelievable.
