There was a discrepancy in 2 items pricing. After the embarrassment and 10 to 15 minutes and consulting 3 or 4 Walmart employees it was finally decided that I did have the proof that I did get the lower price. The employees were not nice or even polite. The cashier was very helpful, very nice and went out of her way to help me with the issue, the ones she had to consult (I assume they were management) could take a course in manners though. No apologies to the customers, nor to me for the wasted time and the embarrassment just smugness and a rude look at me then walking away . So thanks Walmart for the great price, but keep your management away from me please

Great selection of clothes. Full service with food and pharmacy. Staff typical of all Wal-Mart locations: rude. Yet one young man cleaning the bathroom was friendly so I gave 4 stars instead of 3 because of him.

There were only 3 checkout lanes open and the store was full. Lines back to middle of the store. Ill go to krogers next time.

There is not much to like about Walmart. Clothing selection is terrible.. And I have been to 3 different stores in 2 different States looking for a simple pair of flip flops and the womens department was almost BARE

Decent size Wal-Mart. Wide selection, as most are. Nothing that stood out as exceptional, making it only 4 🌟s.

I would normally give Walmart a 5-star rating, but I am giving all of them a 4-rating (or less depending on other conditions) if they have music blaring out onto the parking lot as you enter the store. I do notice the volume is lower than it once was. Once its turned off, they might get a 5-star rating again. If not, maybe a 3-star rating from me & a few other people would stop it. The cars really dont need to be entertained. We have ample noise in todays world.

The reason why this place gets a two-star I used to work there my pain is going to be a little bit biased so take this with a grain of salt their magic the Gathering selection if you are a magic the Gathering player or Pokemon card player they can never keep cards in stock I had to go all the way to Columbia Walmart to be able to buy any packs of Magic the Gathering cards from Walmart because the local card shop was closed I should not have that problem

Shelves poorly stocked, always low on inventory, short staffed, waited on Someone to help me over 20 minutes in pet department 4/30/21 and finally left. The girl that tried to help wasn’t familiar with this department and could not get anyone to help her. Unfortunately I try to avoid going to Walmart for this reason, however the Campbellsville, Ky store is on the bottom of the list. Should have drove to Lebanon store, much cleaner and stocked well

Good inventory. Employees are friendly. Clean bathrooms. Clean store. Lots of inventory in the way. Makes it hard to get a cart between aisles in some places.

It dont stay open past 11 because of covid and that sucks but I found what I was looking for quickly even tho the isles were full where they were stocking

Only problem I have is they need more ammunition and guns to shop for

I do not like that they dont stay open 24 hrs anymore and I cant even do my grocery shopping at night because of all the night workers putting out merchandise in every aisle.

Customer service cashed my stimulus check quickly and they had the cheapest fee of all the others out there.

Not enough handycaped scooters. I often dont go there just for this reason. As big as they are eight scooters arent enough. Has poor mangement, but employees are great. They cut parking space for drug pickup. Parking lot full drug parking empty, very little handycaped parking.

I prefer the layout in Columbia Walmart over this Campbellsville store. Thats the only reason for 4 stars versus 5 stars. Staff are friendly and helpful here.

Its not ok. My boyfriend has COPD and cannot walk very far at all.The last 2 times we have been there no motorized wheelchairs.This really sucks because there is things he needs and wants that I cannot get for him. He usually has to go back to the carThis isnt right.

Typical walmart, in this small community area it seems to have the best prices around. My one complaint would be that we walked the entire store and not one time were we spoke to by any associate, and we passed several including some management.
