Sat in the store for 15 minutes and ate my cone and none of the 3 employees washed his hands a single time while I watched them service customer after customer in the store and the drive thru. One girl handled her mask incessantly, took cash, credit cards, and even took a cup back from a costumer from the drive thru window and added toppings and never once washed her hands or wore gloves. Disgusting! Never again and I pray we dont get sick!,

It was good! Bought 5 cones, all for the kiddos they loved it.

I have been here multiple times and every time the people working here are rude and not friendly at all. Most times I have to sit and wait for them to take my order. I will not be back. Overpriced, long wait and rude service!!!

The service was great, just a little too pricey for me. Sonic and dairy queen would have been just as good and more affordable.😥

Ive been a frequent patron at this Baskin-Robbins for seven years now, and I dont have any complaints. The owner and staff are friendly and work hard; I couldnt ask for anything more than that.

We have visited the facility in Campbellsville KY. It was a terrible experience both times. We asked for a banana split but they said they couldnt make it at this time. So we took scoops and they were put in tiny cones which created an overload. The girl actually dumped my husband on the side of our vehicle and had to make another. Very bad management. We will not be going back there.

It says it closes at 10 pm and at 9:15 they are already cleaning. Bad experience here. I won’t come back

Drive thru service was absolutely terrible. My order was not taken by an employee that was actually paying attention to my order. I paid for two scoops of ice cream and only got one of my scoops. He was rude and didnt do a single thing correct. I will never be back, and Ive been a loyal customer since 2003.

Would have been 5 but drive up ice cream is wrong and then had to ask order 3 times a dropped my cherry out the window.

Stopped by here, had a huge scoop of ice cream on a sugar cone... very clean store...so if youre in the mood for a sweet treat I strongly suggest the 31 flavors!!!
