Very clean store a little tight with a cart but managed. Love the amazing deals you get with their 20% off mobile coupons. I was able to get this ninja oven for a great price because of it. Many other nice stuff in there.

I called the Canadaguia Bed Bath & Beyond in search of a specific vacuum cleaner filter. I was VERY pleasantly surprised at the quality of customer service. Holly took the time to ask me details about the filters that I was looking for and she took the time to find the correct filter, unfortunately the store didnt have the filters in stock. Holly then told me that she could ship them straight to my door step within a couple days for a low fee. Holly also applied a coupon on the filters and also on the shipping.Thank you very much for your help Holly.

Josh was very accommodating! The store no longer carried a particular filter I was looking for. Josh suggested he order it for us on line, applied the appropriate coupon and have it shipped to our home as we do not live nearby. Everything else we were looking for, Josh located for us! If one thing I dislike, its wondering around a store unable to find an item OR an available sales assistant!! Thank you so much Josh!!

They always have a great selection of fun gifts for bridal showers and I love their coupons. The Manager (or asst mgr) that helped me was amazing. She was fast, knew exactly how to get my choice from the registry... it was ordered and boom done! She also has the most beautiful handwriting I have ever seen. The Canandaigua store was awesome. I usually go to Victor because its bigger but I will be back to this store. Thank you!

Do not sign up for the Beyond program. After placing my first order I discovered that the 20% off was not applied and I was stuck with a $29 annual fee with automatic renewal. When I tried to cancel I was told they’ll see if they can cancel and take me out of the program – after all I agreed to the terms and conditions. This is outright fraud.

I shopped at your store in Victor, NY. I was helped by a saleswoman who was incredible. She saw I needed help before I asked. She helped me find a patio set, part of which was in the store and part that needed to be ordered. She found this and arranged for all to be sent to my home.Debra Marciano is her name. A very charming, pleasant uplifting personality who made the whole experience so positive, aside from helping me find exactly what I wanted. I know I wouldnt have found that set if not for her.

Disappointed on this visit. No one greeted us nor did anyone offer to help us. We searched a half hour for a pastry bag, wooden tongs, and a rubber funnel. We finally found the tongs on our own but had to look for someone to help us... only to be told that the store did not have pastry bags or rubber funnels.
